THE USE
Before use
1. Remove all the packaging material.
2. Check the device for possible damage. Do not use the device in case the power cord or plug
is damaged.
3. Clean the device thoroughly with a damp cloth.
4. Allow the device to settle on a horizontal surface for at least 5 hours after purchase or after
every movement.
5. Make sure that the ventilation grills on both sides of the device are not being blocked.
The use
1. Choose a recipe. If you use ice cream powder, please operate according to the instructions
on the package.
Take care:
Use pitted, peeled fruit.
Chill the ingredients in the fridge before use. Warm ingredients or ingredients on room
temperature will prolong the preparation time.
Do not make more than 800 grams of mixture. This allows the mixture to increase in
15
volume during preparation.
2. Always place the device on a hard, flat surface where it cannot fall into water or any other
liquid.
3. Remove the ice container from the device.
4. Insert the plug into the socket and set the on/off switch to ‘on’.
5. Let the device cool down for about 10 minutes.
6. Pour the cooled ingredients into the removable ice container and place the ice container
into the opening after the device is cooled down.
Take care: make sure that the bulges on the sides of the removable ice container are fitted
into the notches of the opening when placing the ice container into the opening (see Fig. 1).
7. Attach the rotation blade into the motor component (see Fig. 2).
8. Place the motor component with the rotation blade onto the locking ring (see Fig. 3).
Take care: the device is fitted with a safety switch. This safety switch switches off the motor
automatically as soon as the motor component is detached from the locking ring.
Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3
9. Set the timer to the desired time (see Fig. 4).
Take care:
The motor will only start when the timer is set.
Switch the device off as soon as the rotation blade stops turning. Remove the rotation
blade from the ice cream, otherwise it can freeze in the ice cream.
Fig. 4 Fig. 5
10. The rotation blade will stop turning when the ice cream is ready after about 30-50 minutes
(depending on the recipe and the temperature of the used ingredients). Switch the device
off with the on/off switch (see Fig. 5).
Take care:
Do not switch off the device before the ice cream is ready. If the device is switched off
too early, the ingredients may freeze on the removable ice container.
The time required for preparing the ice cream can be shorter or longer than the time
stated in the recipe due to temperature differences of the used ingredients. In case the
preparation time is shorter; switch off the device and take out the rotation blade. In case
the preparation time is longer, please reset the timer to prolong the process.
Use a plastic or wooden spoon or spatula to scoop the ice cream out of the ice container.
Take care: metal spoons or spatulas can cause damage to the removable ice container.
After use
1. Take the plug from the socket.
2. Remove the motor component and the removable ice container from the device.
16
17
Take care: condensation water between the removable ice container and the opening may
freeze and make it more difficult to remove the ice container.
