ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lay the bath tub on a flat surface
with bottom side up and pull up the
2 legs.
3. Use your hand to press the middle
of the base until it touches the bottom
surface.
1. Turn the bath upside down so
that the legs are facing up.
2. Use your hands to push the base
down.
3. Fold down both legs.
Warning:
Children have drowned while using bath aids.
This is not a safety device.
Never leave baby in care of children.
To prevent drowning, children/infants should never be left unattended in the
bath tub, while in or near water.
Always test water temperature and keep children/infants within arm's reach.
Adult supervision is required at all times.
Do not use on uneven or textured surfaces.
