Ⅲ.Mold types and functions
Different moulds can be replaced by turning fast clip. The complete set
of moulds is as follows (customers can choose according to the actual
situation):
It is suitable for heat transfer printing of
handbags and shopping bags. The
accessory is fitted into the inside of the
thing to be transferred to achieve effective
double-sided transfer and can be placed
horizontally and longitudinally.
It is suitable for the transfer of women and
children's small clothing, dance clothing,
tights, T-shirts and drawstring package heat
transfer. It can be placed horizontally and
vertically.
It is suitable for transferring the brim of
cap and the top of the cap.
Unique design promotes sales. Shoes
accessories provide fashionable youth and
adults with easy transferring on the side of
the shoe, with design ranges of up to 5-10
cm on the non-slip surface
It is suitable for the cold insolation of the
can. The steel frame without rubber pad
helps thread-ability to double side heat
transfer printing. It can make 8 collapsible
cold insolation of the can.
It is suitable for making the numbers on
the sleeve arm of the team uniform, both
ends of the traveling bag, and some
objects that need arc thermal transfer
printing.
The 6*6 inch plate is suitable for
transferring patterns and vertical
characters on sleeves, pants legs or other
slender objects, and is equipped with a
quick slide platen and protection device.
It is suitable for heat transfer printing on
small clothing area. For example, left chest
logo, hooded jacket pocket and pant leg.
Ⅳ.Accessories instructions
1. Mould replacement
Before replacing the mold, please rotate the fast clip(12) 180°, as
shown in Figure 1. Check the cross protruding part of the panel and the
cross groove part at the bottom of the mold to insert it, and then rotate
180°to reset and lock it, as shown in Figure 2 to complete the mold
replacement

2. Adjustment of counter top and upper heating plate
Turn the bracket adjusting hand wheel(5) and heating plate(1) adjusting
wheel clockwise. This will make the panel(9) go up and the heating
plate(3) go down.
Lock direction
Counterclockwise turn the bracket adjustment hand wheel(5) and
heating plate(1) adjustment wheel. This will make the panel(9) to drop
and the heating plate(3) to rise.
3. Scale use: after the heating plate(3) and the panel(9) are closed, the
scale can be adjusted to the corresponding scale according to the
thickness of the material.
4. The panel and mold placement can be rotated 90° according to the
special objects that need heat transfer printing. By changing the panel
and mold placement to match the things that need to be transferred, the
object can achieve better heat transfer printing effect.
Ⅴ. Preparation before use
1. Check the connection between the power plug and the socket of the
electrical cabinet. Be sure to use safe wiring.
2. Before turning on the machine, insert the power cord into the
machine and connect the electrical socket to the corresponding power
supply voltage.
3. Turn on the power switch.Then the dashboard displays.
Ⅵ. Setting of operation procedure
1. Temperature setting: press the SET key once time to enter the
temperature adjustment. Press the plus or minus key to adjust the
temperature.
2. Time setting: Press the SET key again to enter time adjustment. Press
the plus or minus key to adjust the time.
3. Press the SET key one more time to exit the setting and return to the
working interface.
4. To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius: Hold down the SET key for
more than 6 seconds to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Press
the Add key to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Press the SET key
again for 6 seconds to exit the setting interface.

Ⅶ.Operation method
1. Plug in the power and turn on the switch (please use the machine
with grounding protection).
2. Please place the printed item on the panel or mold, adjust the
lifting lever to just press the item, but do not press it too hard.
3. Set the temperature and time you need (refer to the above procedure)
4. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, press down the
upper heating plate, open the heating plate automatically after hearing
the alarm sound, and take out the items and complete all operations.
Ⅷ. The operational safety
1. Select the correct voltage before using the machine. Be sure to use a
reliable grounding protection connection
2. Avoid touching the heating device to avoid injury during operation
3. Adjust the height of the upper heating plate and panel reasonably
according to the thickness of the product during use. Excessive
pressure will damage the machine.
4. Keep the device away from fire , water and children.
