desired program and press start.
In certain programs you have to open the lid to add ingredients. Try to
close the lid as quickly as possible because once the motor unit is
removed, the soup maker only stores the program memory for 3 to 4
minutes.
2.2.3. General procedure
The following steps are general steps that apply to all five programs.
1. Hold the handle of the jar with one hand and with the other lift the motor
unit, removing it from the jar, using its handgrip (Fig. 4.1).
2. Put the ingredients in the jar (Fig. 4.2).
Note: if you are cooking meat and vegetables, make sure you put the
vegetables in the jar first.
Note: make sure the ingredients are spread evenly.
Tips
- For best taste, use fresh seasonal ingredients.
- Cut the ingredients into 2 cm cubes to get perfect results.
- Defrost ingredients before putting them in the jar.
3. Add water or another liquid to the ingredients in the jar (Fig. 4.3).
Make sure the water level is somewhere between the 1300 ml and 1500 ml
level.
4. Stir the liquid and ingredients (Fig. 4.4).
5. Hold the motor unit above the jar with both connectors aligned and then lower
the motor unit into the jar (Fig. 4.5).
6. Plug the small plug into the socket of the jar (1) and the mains plug into the
wall socket (2) (Fig. 4.6).
7. Press the program selection button to select the desired program (Fig. 4.8).
Tip: If you prefer your soup even finer, or if you would like to do some blending
in your chunky soup or compote, select the manual blending program and
press the start button to start blending until you get the desired consistency.
8. Press the Start button to begin using the machine (Fig. 4.7).
