Oven Operating Instructions
Press On/Off power button.
Select Run Oven.
Select product icon.
Allow oven to preheat.
Oven will briefl y beep and display ready.
Open door and load product evenly in desired shelf or shelves.
A,B,C,D,E.
Select the product icon you wish to cook.
Select the shelf button according to the
location of the product.
NOTE
You must select a shelf within 5 seconds. Press
cancel if you have waited to long. Each shelf will
count down independently.
Press the corresponding button after shelf times down and remove product.
Range Top Controls
Turn left knob, (front burner) to desired setting, (1) (low) through 6 (High).
Turn right knob, (rear burner) to desired setting, 1 (low) through 6 (High).
Turn griddle knob to desired temperature, 100°F to 450°F.

Daily Cleaning Instructions
Unplug or disconnect oven from power.
Using mild soap and water, clean the interior of the oven.
Using a safe on aluminum oven cleaner and a scouring pad, clean the stubborn stains by rubbing
in the direction of the grain.
Remove the racks and rack slides and wash in the dishwasher.
Using a mild soap and water solution, clean the oven front.
Clean the oven window with a standard window cleaner.
Clean any “browning” on the oven front with “glass cleaner”.
Using a damp cloth, mild soap and water, clean the oven body.
Do not soak the cloth. Water will damage controls.
Dry the cleaned surface with a clean dry rag after cleaning. DO NOT use a caustic cleaner on the control panel.
Griddle Surface Cleaning
Empty the grease drawer daily or whenever it is 3/4 full. It is easily removed for washing.
Using a griddle stone, griddle pad, or liquid cleaner, clean the griddle surface and season the griddle surface.
Keep the griddle surface clean. After each cooking load, scrape the griddle surface to remove any carbonized
grease. Rub with the grain of the metal, being careful not to scrape the splash guard.
