WELCOME
Welcome to your Nike+ FuelBand, a
device that measures your activity
throughout the day and turns it into
NikeFuel.
NikeFuel is calculated the same way for
everyone so you can compare and
compete with friends and other Nike+
members.
With Nike+ you can also track your
performance, see results and get
motivated to do more.

SETUP
1. Go to www.nikeplus.com/setup
You’ll need to set up your Nike+
FuelBand before you use it.
To get started, go to nikeplus.com/setup
on your computer and follow the
on-screen directions to download and
install Nike+ Connect.
2. Plug in
Plug the Nike+ FuelBand directly into a
USB port on your computer or use the
USB cable that came in the box.
3. Make it yours and JUST DO IT!
Nike+ Connect will automatically launch
and walk you through the set up. You’ll
make the Nike+ FuelBand yours, set a
daily goal, create your Nike+ profi le, and
charge the battery.
Once set up is complete, your Nike+
FuelBand will fl ash “JUST DO IT!”

CUSTOM FIT YOUR BAND
If your band is too small or too big, you
can easily adjust the fi t.
A. Removing Link
To make the band smaller, push the pin
on the Sizing Tool into the holes on the
inside of the band until you feel it
release. Remove the link and snap the
band closed.
B. Adding Link
To make the band bigger, use the Sizing
Tool to replace the smaller link with the
bigger one and snap the band closed.
Note: If you need both links for a good
fi t, we recommend getting a band one
size larger.
