Delfield SS is a mobile tray starter overshelf designed to hold and transport food trays. It is constructed from durable stainless steel and features a sloped pan holder that can accommodate four 12.75” x 20.75” pans. The unit is mounted on four 4.00” diameter polyolefin swivel casters, two of which are locking, for easy mobility.

Short form specifications
Frame uprights shall be 18-gauge, 1.62” (4.1cm) outside diameter
stainless steel tubing. Frame uprights shall be reinforced at the
bottom by horizontal braces constructed from 1.00” (2.5cm)
outside diameter stainless steel tubing, welded, grounded and
polished.
Top shelf shall be 16-gauge stainless steel, with 1.12” (29.cm),
90º. Top shelf shall have channel supports on its underside.
Sloped pan holder shall be 16-gauge stainless steel, and shall hold
(4) 12.75” x 20.75” (32.4cm x 52.7cm) pans (provided by others
or as an option from Delfield).
Equipment shall be mounted on (4) 4.00” (10.2cm) diameter
polyolefin swivel casters (2 locking).
Short Form Specifications - Model SS
Frame shall be integrally-welded 16-gauge, 1.00” (2.5cm) outside
diameter stainless steel tubing.’
Top shelf shall be 16-gauge stainless steel, with 1.00” (2.5cm),
90º turn-down on back, with 0.5” (1.3cm) return at 90º. Shelf
front and sides shall have a 1.43” (3.6cm marine edge. Top shelf
shall be bolted o frame. Sloped pan holder shall be 16-gauge
stainless steel with 3.00” (7.6cm) sides. Pan holder shall hold (4)
12.75” x 20.75” (32.4cm x 52.7cm) pans (provided by others or
as an option from Delfield). Pan holder shall be bolted to frame.
Equipment shall be mounted on (4) 4.00” (10.2 cm) diameter
polyolefin swivel casters (2 locking)
