Communicating what the product does and how

it will benefit the user. Packaging is one of the most

powerful sales tools available.

You would expect the XDModo products to be

they sell. In fact they all come at very attractive

prices making them very seductive easily

Today we’re introducing three exiting product lines.

But we’re already working on new ones while at

At XDModo we believe that the presentation of a gift

Eclipse Solar Torch

The XDModo concept of Wannagives is

created by Xindao. A well known name in the

field of corporate gift articles, established in 1986.

Xindao is a Dutch company with offices around

the globe, a design studio in Shanghai and its

own production in China.

Xindao’s young design studio is the winner of three

2008 Reddot design awards, one of the most

renown awards competitions in the design world.

Next to this it won a Good Design award from

the Chicago Athenaeum in 2009.

Who’s behind all this?

to differentiate oneself. We don’t think this

is about adding features. It is about elegant

solutions. Making it smarter and eliminate

unnecessary complexity, standing out

because of their design and functionality.

Design Awards

Recently Xindao has received the red dot design award

for three items from their collection. The winning items

are evaluated according to the highest standards. The

adjudication process follows a canon of strict criteria

such as; degree of innovation and design, functionality,

ergonomics, formal quality and durability.

The red dot design award

The red dot design award is an initiative of

Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen. A jury of

21 prominent professionals voted for the three Xindao

items.

The good design award

The Chicago Athenaeum’s Good Design Award was

established in 1950 by Edgar J. Kaufman, Jr., and is

one of the world’s oldest and most celebrated awards

programs. The program recognizes designers and

manufacturers for advancing new and innovative

product concepts that push the envelope beyond

what is considered standard product and consumer

design.
