General Information
Henny Penny heated holding
cabinets are designed to hold a wide
range of cooked foods at safe
temperatures for long periods of time
prior to serving.
The HCN-5 is a half-size heated
holding cabinet produced in China
and developed for small grocery
stores and quick-service retail chains
in the Asian region. A shallower
footprint is designed to hold half-size
sheet pans sideways. This compact
operating depth helps maximize
kitchen space and efficiency and
makes the HCN-5 the ideal choice
for cost-conscious foodservice
operators who wish to obtain the
product quality and productivity

The HCN-5 features “flip up”
panels built in to the door that allow
workers to pick product from upper
or lower trays without opening the
door. This saves time and energy in
the kitchen. Units are also commonly
ordered in pass-through design, with a
rear door offering convenient access
from both cooking and service sides.

stainless steel construction, fully
