INTRODUCTION TO COOKING WITH YOUR HEALTH GRILL
Your SALTER Health Grill incorporates a self-adjusting lid with floating hinge which will easily
accommodate dierent thickness foods. The non-stick grill plates are channeled to drain
excess cooking fats into a separate drip cup so that the food you eat is healthier. For searing
steaks and other meats, the MAX button boosts the grill temperature to 260° C for the first
90secs of cooking in order to seal the surface of the meat and help retain more moisture. The
digital timer and temperature settings give you precise control over the cooking process for
the very best results. The extra-large grill plates will easily accommodate 4 generous food
portions.
PREPARATION FOR USE
Remove all packaging. Use a damp cloth to clean the grill plates, then dry. Wipe the surface
of the plates with a little cooking oil.
Position the grill on a firm, flat and level work surface, keeping a clear space all around it.
