1. Open project from control panel 1.1.x with a Hub Manager SW version >1.2.0

2. Launch FW update by selecting the 1.2.y version file in “.vpk”format downloaded previously

3. You will receive a message stating that the project will be converted automatically
4. Click OK

5. The project has been converted from 1.1.x to 1.2.y, as shown in the image below

6. Launch the FW update again, selecting the 1.2.y version “.vpk”
(in this case the update will begin without any other conversion)

7. At the end of the update the control panel will suggest launching the account migration tool; start it.

8. Associate the correct account with each receiver, beginning with the end users and ending with the installers
This tool is used to recover accounts (both end users and installers) created previously in the project with the 1.1.x FW version and identified by the first field “App ID” and to migrate
them, i.e. convert them into Cloud accounts for FW version 1.2.y. The tool can be applied at a later date.
