1. Check the filters
Ensure they are clean and properly
positioned (see cleaning instructions).
2. Check that there is rinse aid
and salt
3. Load the dishes
Remove any scraps of food.
Pull the lower basket out and arrange the
saucepans, plates and cutlery in it.
Pull the upper basket out and arrange the
plates, saucers, glasses and cups etc. in it.
Slide the basket back into the machine.
4. Ensure that the spray arms can
rotate freely.
5. Measure out detergent
Add the required amount of detergent into
the dispenser according to the "Washing
programmes" chart and close the lid.
6. Set the programme
The selection of a programme occurs with
the door partially opened.
Depress the On/Off button. The number "1"
corresponding to the first selectable
programme appears in the display and the
pilot light of the programme selector
(Programm) button flashes.
Press the programme selector button until
the number corresponding to the required
programme appears in the display.
If the Intensive 70°C programme (number
2) is selected the intensive pilot light will
come on.
The following options may also be
selected:
- "Eco dry" (Trocknen Aus) by pressing the
relevant button. The corresponding pilot
light comes on.
- "Delay start" (Startzeit) by pressing the
relevant button until the required number of
hours delay is setted.
7. Start the programme
Close the door.
An audible signal of about 1 second
advises you that the programme has
started and the programme selector
(Programm) pilot light becomes fixed.
If the "Eco dry" has been selected the
corresponding pilot light remains on.
If a "Delay start" has been selected, once
closed the door an audible signal advises
you that the countdown has started.
The corresponding pilot light comes on and
in the display is visible a flashing dot and
the number of hours to go before the
programme starts. Once the set delay has
elapsed the dishwasher will start
automatically, the "Delay start" (Startzeit)
pilot light turns off; the programme selector
pilot light (Programm) becomes fixed. In
the display the flashing dot turns off and
appears the number of the programme
selected. If other options have been
selected ("Eco dry" or "Intensive
programme") their corresponding pilot
lights will come on.
8. At the end of the washing
programme
The dishwasher will automatically stop and
an intermittent audible signal of about 5
seconds informs you that the programme
has finished.
All pilot lights turn off.
A flashing horizontal line appears in the
display.
Wait until the end of the audible signal
before opening the door.
If a "Delay start" has been selected for the
programme, at the end of the washing
programme you will hear no audible signal.
