place them individually on a soft cloth to prevent
scratches or other damage.

IMPORTANT
Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.
Do not tighten all the bolts until each part is properly assembled.
Keep Hex Wrench as the bolts may need to be tightened in the future.
STEP 1
Attach Back Stretcher (G) to
Side Panel (B) with Head Cap Bolt.
(See Figure 1)
Attach Divider (Q) to
Back Stretcher (G) with
Head Cap Bolt.
Attach Front Rail (I) to unit
with Head Cap Bolts.

Attach Back Upright (J1) to Middle Panel (D)
and Back Upright (J2) to Middle Panel (E),
then attach to unit with Head Cap Bolts.
Note: Assemble so Arrow labels
on Back Uprights (J1) and (J2)
point to each other.

STEP 3
Slide Back Panels (F)
into position.
Attach (H) toBack Stretcher
unit with Head Cap Bolt.
Attach Side Panel (C) to
unit with Head Cap Bolts.
STEP 4
Attach Base (K) to unit with Head Cap Bolts.
Note: Arrow label indicates front of Base (K).
Attach Casters to Base (K) with Wood Screws,
with Locking Casters at front.

STEP 5
Turn unit over to its upright position.
Attach Rack Side (T) to unit with Head Cap Bolts. (See Figure 3)
Slide Rack Base (U) and Pipes (V) into Rack Side (T).
Attach Rack Side (S) to unit with Head Cap Bolts.
Attach Arm Handles (W) to unit with Head Cap Bolts. (See Figure 4)
Slide Arm (X) into position.
Attach Supports (R) to unit with Head Cap Bolts. (See Figure 5)

side panels and middle panels
at desired level.
Place Shelves (N) and (O) into
position.
Attach Doors (L) and (M) to
unit by sliding door hinges into
side panel hinges. (See Figure 6)
Attach Knobs to Doors (L) and (M)
with Machine Screws.

Attach Top (A) to unit
with Head Cap Bolts.
