2.) Assemble the fan head:
• Remove the Grill Nut and Blade Knob from the
Motor Assembly. Note the Blade Knob is
“reverse” threaded and should be turned
“clockwise” to remove it from the motor shaft.
Place the Motor Assembly on a flat surface
with the shaft facing up. Place the Rear Grill
over the motor shaft and on to the Motor Assembly.
The Rear Grill handle should be positioned toward
the top of the fan and the two holes in the Rear Grill
should be aligned with the two small plastic pins on
the Motor Assembly. Thread and tighten the Grill Nut
on to the Motor Housing securing the Rear Grill to the
Motor Assembly.
• Mount the Fan Blade on to the motor shaft by aligning
the “D” shaped hole in the Fan Blade with the “D”
shaped motor shaft. Insert the Fan Blade as far as possible on to the motor shaft
and secure with the Blade Knob turning the Blade Knob counter-clockwise. Do
not over tighten.
Mount the Front Grill cover on to the Rear Grill cover by fully opening the clips
around the outer edge of the Front Grill. Align the top center non-opening hook
of the Front grill with the top center of the Rear Grill. Hold the Front Grill
against the Rear Grill and push the open clips on the Front Grill inward until Front
Grill is secure against the Rear Grill.
• The fan head assembly is now complete.
3.) Base Assembly:
Take the 2 plastic base pieces, you will notice that one has a square cut out section
on the bottom of it and the other has the cut out on the top. Take the one with the
cut out section on the bottom and place it over the one with the cut out section on
the top in a crisscross pattern, align both cut out sections. Now firmly press these
two Base pieces together interlocking them.
Tipping the interlocked Base pieces to a side insert the screw end of the Pole into
the hole in the center of the Base pieces, being sure to align the plastic tab with the
slot in the Base Hole. Then place Pole nut on screw end of pole and tighten
clockwise to secure Pole to Base pieces. *note- If base wobbles at all, you may
need to add the adhesive base leveling pads (included) to one or more of the base
feet. Base assembly is now complete.
4.) Final Assembly:
Twist the Thumb Screw at the Bottom of the Motor Assembly counter-clockwise
until no threaded portion is visible within.
Place the chrome end of the Pole Assembly within the Hole at the bottom of the
Motor Assembly and fully insert. If the Pole will not fully insert, the Thumb Screw
must be further loosened. Twist the Thumb Screw clockwise to tighten the Motor
Assembly to the Pole and Fan Assembly is now complete.

OPERATION
• Place the assembled fan on a flat, level, firm and
dry surface.
Plug the power cord into a polarized 120 volt AC
wall outlet.
• Turn the fan on and select the desired running
speed with the Speed Control Switch
conveniently and safely located at the front of the
fan below the Front Grill.
• To adjust the fan‘s height, loosen the Height
Adjustment Knob by unscrewing counter-
clockwise only a few turns. Pull upward on the
chrome portion of the Pole Assembly while
holding the lower portion firmly to raise the
height, or push down on the chrome portion to
lower. Retighten the Height Adjustment Knob,
being careful not to overtighten.
• The fan‘s direction can be adjusted relative to the
base by loosening the Thumb Screw at the bottom
of the Motor Assembly, and rotating the Fan Head.
• To set the fan into oscillation, depress the Oscillation
Knob on the top of the Motor Assembly. The Fan Head will pivot side-to-side and
up and down. For stationary operation, pull up on the Oscillation Knob.
Care, Cleaning & Storage
• The Fan Blade and Grill Set should be cleaned regularly for more efficient
operation. Unplug the fan, then reverse the assembly procedure to remove those
parts from the Motor Assembly before cleaning. Wipe with a damp cloth, then
towel dry.
Never immerse any fan components in water. Wipe the fan only with a dry or
lightly moist cloth, then immediately towel dry.
• Always store the fan in a cool dry location
Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before removing the
