INSTALL
Flush Mount Bracket Brackets
1. Find center of speaker and mark the ceiling or wall.
NOTE: Be sure to avoid any studs or joists in the ceiling or wall.
2. Use the supplied cutout template to mark the area to be cut.
3. Cut out and remove drywall.

4. Fit the bracket into the opening and ensure it sits flat against drywall.
5. Tighten down the dog ears on the bracket to ensure it is tight in the
ceiling.
NOTE: The bracket will be supporting the weight of the speaker once
installed, so it must be secured firmly.

6. Using the optional holes in the flange, use drywall screws or other
flat head hardware, to secure the bracket to the drywall.
NOTE: This step is not required and is only needed if there are sections
of the flange that fit loosely against the ceiling.
7. Test fit the speaker once the bracket and flange are secured into the
ceiling.
NOTE: Engaging the dogs is not mandatory.

8. Remove the speaker and install the mud guard. Apply drywall mud
over the bracket to seal and blend the bracket into the ceiling or wall.
NOTE: Ensure there is no mud on the inner lip of the bracket, mud in this
area will affect the speaker mounting correctly.
9. Paint the drywall, then install the speaker.
10. Install a round bezel-less grill (SKU: ESS-GLXRND-IC-X) once the
speaker is installed.

WARRANTY
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Episode® Accessories have a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty
includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be
defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of
use. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been abused,
modified or disassembled. Products to be repaired under this warranty
must be returned to a designated service center with an assigned
return authorization (RA) number. Contact technical support at
