DESCRIPTION:
This document describes ValueRAM's 32M x 72-bit (256MB) PC100 CL2 (CAS Latency 2)
ECC Registered SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory module. The components on this
module include eighteen 16M x 8-bit (4M x 8-bit x 4 bank) SDRAM CL2 PC100 components
in TSOP packages. This 168-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +3.3V. The
electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:

CLK Cycle Time (tCK) min. = 10ns (CAS Latency = 2) / max. = 1000ns
Row Cycle Time (tRC) 70ns
CLK to Output (tAC) max. = 6ns (CAS Latency = 2)
Single Power Supply of +3.3V (+/- .3V)
Power 7.194 W (operating)
UL Rating 94 V - 0
