CONNECTION TO MONO-PHASE ELECTRICITY
Ovens equipped with tri-polar power supply cables are constructed to function with alternating current, and with
the voltage and frequency indicated on the technical label on the appliance.
Assembly of the power cable:
1. Open the terminal board by placing a screwdriver
under the side flaps on the cover, pull and then open
the cover (see the figure).
2. Install the power supply cable, unscrew the screws
on the cablegrip and the three screws on contacts L-N-
and then attach the wires under the screw heads
respecting the colours Blue (N), Brown (L), Green
Yellow (see the figure).
3. Attach the cable to the appropriate cable holder.
4. Close the terminal board cover.

The power supply cable must be positioned in such a way that it does not exceed the room temperature by 50°C
at any point.
The installer is responsible for correctly hooking-up the electricity connection and adherence to safety

Before hooking-up to the mains supply, make sure that:

- the socket is able to withstand the oven's maximum power capacity indicated on the features typeplate

INSTALLATION
Important:
any adjustments, maintenance, etc. must be executed with the oven disconnected from electricity.
To guarantee proper operation of the built-in appliance, the furniture unit must have suitable characteristics:
- the panels adjacent to the oven must be constructed in heat resistant materials;
- in the case of veneered wood furniture units, the glue must be heat resistant to temperatures up to 100°C;
Before installing the oven into the furniture, it is necessary to assemble the lower profile “drip-catcher” (included
in the packaging). This “drip-catcher” must be attached to the lower part using the 3 screws supplied (please see
the next figure).
The oven must be located in a standard opening of 600mm, as illustrated in Fig. 1, whether under a counter or in
a column position.
When inserting the oven into a column it is indispensable to ensure adequate ventilation by installing openings
as illustrated in the figure.
The oven is secured to the furniture unit by four “A” screws located in the holes of the frame.
Make sure not to lift the oven by its door when inserting it; furthermore, do not place excessive pressure on the
door when it is open.
Note: if no opening has been anticipated in the upper part of the column furniture, make a
hole which is 560mm wide and 40-50mm high in the lower part of the column.

TEMPERATURE DISPLAY (A)
It shows the temperature setpoint and provides also some icons and a
temperature bar-graph indication.
CLOCK DISPLAY
The 4-digit display (B) shows Timings, Durations, and Messages. It
integrates also 3 icons ( ) 3 A ) representing the Timings operating states.
COOKING POT ICON 3
It is lit-up to indicate that a cooking fuction is operating, even in manual
mode. Note: the cooking functions “Light” and “Defrost” are not considered

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
At first power-up, the display shows “00:00” the clock flashing, incrementing
by 1 unit each minute.
The oven is inibited, and the only two allowed operations are:
- Time of Day setting, by means of + (3) / - (4)
- Oven turn-on (the currently shown time of day is automatically accepted)
by means of [OnOff]
TIME OF DAY SETTING
If not already in Time Of Day Setting, press and keep pressed the ¼ (5)
button for >4 seconds, then select the value by means of + (3) / - (4) . The
two keys operate on a per-minute basis, so that the hours are modified as a
direct consequence.
TURNING THE OVEN ON AND OFF
To turn on the oven, press and release the ĭ (4) key. The Clock display
shows “On “ and after 2 seconds it goes into Program_00 (LIGHT): the
oven light and the Icon Display are turned on.
To turn off the oven, press and release the ĭ (4) key. The Clock display
shows “Off “ and after 2 seconds it goes into Off mode.
In both cases, the effective reaction is handled with a short delay in order to
allow the user to cancel any eventual accidental selection simply by
pressing again the ĭ (4) key.
MINUTE MINDER
The minute minder deos not interact with the loads and is always available,
whichever the operating state is.
Press and release the ¼5)ҏ key 1 time, as indicated in 2.0. Correct the
value by using + (3) / - (4), between the minimum of 0h:00m and a
maximum of 23h:59m. The value is edited on a per-minute basis.
After 4 seconds since the last keyboard action, the proposed value is
accepted, and the display reverts to the previous operating mode.
The value is accepted also by pressing the ¼(5)ҏ key after the value has
been edited.
When the Minute Minder elapses, an acoustic signal is emitted and the Bell
Icon flashes. Press the key + (3) or , - (4) or, ¼(5) or , - (6) to stop the
signal and to turn off the Bell Icon.
MANUAL COOKING
Turn on the oven and select a cooking mode by means of [Progr]: the oven
proposes a default temperature which can be adusted. After a timeout
window of 4 seconds, the oven starts cooking.

TIME CONTROLLED COOKING
Turn on the oven, select a cooking mode, check the temperature in the
display and after press ¼ (5) 2 times, the clock display shows “ dur”. Edit
the value by means of + (3) and - (4) ranging from a minimum of 0h:00m
and a maximum of 10h:00m. After a timeout window of 4 seconds, the
value is accepted. The value is edited on a per-minute basis.
FULLY AUTOMATIC DELAYED COOKING
Turn on the oven, select a cooking mode, check the temperature in the
display, select a Duration cooking and after press ¼ (5). The clock display
shows “End”. Edit the value by means of + (3) and - (4) . After a timeout
window of 4 seconds, the value is accepted and the oven reverts to Waiting
for Delayed Start. It turn off immediately, and it will turn on in the future for
the specified duration until the End of Cook time is reached.
During this phase, the Icon Display shows, in low intensity light, the
selected cooking function, and the temperature display the selected
temperature. Both are further changeable . The square arround the cooking
function is switch off. The Preheat Bar graph is fully off to indicate that the
oven is currently not heating.
END OF COOKING MODE
The oven turns off the loads, and an acoustic signal is emitted. The Icon
and Temperature displays are turned off, the Clock display shows the Time
Of Day with both Auto and Cooking Pot Icons flashing.
Press any key + (3)or , - (4) or, ¼ҏ (5) or , - (6), excpet ĭ (4) to unlock
the oven: it will immediately revert to normal Manual Cooking Mode.
The [ ĭ ]key will definitively turn off the oven.
COOKING MODE SELECTION
Press and release the + (7) or, - (8) key : the clock display will show the
currently selected Program Number or “Pr01” if no program was ever
selected. The Icon display has the Oven Cavity border symbol flashing o
indicate that the program is being edited. Choose the desired program by
means of + (7) or, - (8) which will circularly browse the list between “On
light” (Pr 00) and “Pr 10” (or “ Etc”).
After 4 seconds of timeout the selected program is accepted and becomes
operative.
DEFROST
The temperaure cannot be changed and the temperature display shows
“dEF”.

ETC CLEANING FUNCTION
Pour 0.4 - 0.5 litres of soapy water directly on the drip pan. Insert the drip
pan in the bottom level.
Select the cleaning function “Etc” and after 20 minutes the cycle goes off.
Once the default time has expired, it is possible to clean the oven with a
soft sponge (dirt is easy to remove since it was softened during the
cleaning cycle).
Warning: The oven must be very hot. Please use adequate protection.
The Cycle imposes a prefixed duration of 20minutes with a specific set
point.
When the cycle is finished the unit reverts to End Of Cook Mode.
LIMITATION TO TIMED COOKING MODES
The Booster and Defrost cooking modes are not compatible with timed
cooking modes:
- if a timed cooking is already selected, these modes can not be selected.
if one of these modes are operating, both Duration and End Of
Cook are not selectable.
COOKING TEMPERATURE SELECTION
Press + (1) or , - (2) : the temperaure display flashes to represent the value
being edited. Change the value by means of + (1) or , - (2) between the
minimum (50°) and maximum (250°) in 5°C steps. After a timeout of 4
seconds the selected value is accepted and becomes operative.
CHILDREN LOCK
If the ĭ(4) key is pressed for > 4 seconds, the Children Lock is activated.
The Clock display shows " Ŕņ0 " followed by "On", then it reverts to normal
operating mode.
When the lock is activated the cooking mode and the temperature are not
changeable, The eventual timed cooking
parameters can be reviewed but not changed.
To disable the Children Lock feature, press the ĭ(4) key for > 4 seconds.
Note: if the oven is turned on, it is always possible to turn it off by pressing
and releasing the ĭ(4) key, but it can not be turned on, even if the Children
Lock is active.
OVEN CAVITY LIGHT
When the oven star the cooking the oven light is for 5 minutes. After this
time it turns off.
In “Waiting for Delayed Start” mode, the oven light is off.
Every time that the light turns off, it can be reactivated for 5 minute by
pressing + (3)or , - (4) or, ¼ҏ(5) or , - (6), key

The bar shows the preheating status.

The blower turns on, no matter which is the cavity temperature, after 15
minutes the function is started, or even before if the cavity Probe
temperature is > 130°C
COOKING MODE STOPPING (OFF, STAND-BY)
The blower turns off, no matter which is the cavity temperature, after 25
minutes the oven turned off, or even before if the cavity Probe temperature
is < 120°C
TIMED COOKING CANCELING
In order to cancel any eventual Duaration or Timed Cooking setting, press
the + (3) AND - (6) keys while in editing one of thise two parameters: the
oven reverts to Manual Cooking Mode.
Alternatively, it’s possible to fully tun the oven off and on again.
MINUTE MINDER CANCELING
In order to cancel any eventual Minute Minder setting, press the + (3) AND
- (6) keys while in editing the Minute Minder
AUDIO LEVEL FREQUENCY SETTING
There are 3 volume and frequency levels that can selected: low, medium
and high.
When the oven is in stan-by (OFF). Press and release the ¼ҏ(5)ҏ key 3
time. The clock display shows “Lx”. (x=1 low, 2 medium, 3 high)
Select the volume by using + (3) or – (6).
A beep will be emitted at the currently selected value, and the new tone will
be stored and used for any new acoustic signal.

PROGRAMMER AND COOKING FUNCTIONS
The temperature shown on the display can be changed using the +/-
buttons on the left, with variations of 5°C, from a minimum of 40°C up to a
maximum of 250°C. The °C symbol flashes upon reaching the desired
temperature.
COOKING FUNCTIONS
OVEN LIGHT
Only activates the function of the light in the cooking
chamber. Ideal to quickly check the chamber without starting
a cooking cycle.
PRH - PREHEATING FUNCTION
This function allows you to rapidly heat the
cooking chamber. It is suitable for use prior to
cooking leavened foods.
The preset oven temperature is 210°C.
DEFROSTING
The oven light and the green indicator light come on as for
all other oven functions.
Starts fan function, but without heat distribution (the
thermostat is not operating). The oven door must be closed.
This function makes it possible to defrost foods using only
about one-third of the time that would normally be required.
TRADITIONAL COOKING

TRADITIONAL COOKING + FAN
This type of cooking is a combination of conventional and ventilated.
It is ideal for bread, focaccia, and lasagne.
The oven does not require preheating (except for pizza and focaccia).
Invert the position of the dishes in the oven a few minutes prior to the end
of the cooking time. Select the desired temperature between 50°C and 250°C.
FAN + BOTTOM
This type of cooking is particularly delicate and slow.
It is suitable for delicate dishes or for reheating pre-cooked
foods. Also suitable for baking and for cooking foods that
require heat to be concentrated from the bottom of the chamber.

PIZZA FUNCTION
This type of cooking is indicated for pizza and dishes with
vegetables. The lower heat coil, circular coil and fan function
simultaneously. It creates conditions similar to that of a
wood-burning oven.

VENTILATED COOKING
The fan and the ring heating element, provide optimal and
rapid heat distribution, which is distributed evenly and
homogenously throughout the oven.
Select the desired temperature between 50°C and 250°C.
It is not necessary to preheat the oven before inserting the food items.
It is possible to cook two different types of food (e.g. meat and fish)
while using their different respective cooking times.

FAN + DOUBLE GRILL
Heat is directed onto the dishes from the upper heating
elements towards the bottom.
The action of the fan, combined with the action of the grill,
allows for quick, thorough cooking of special foods.
This cycle is ideal for browning and sealing juices and flavour
in foods, for example, steak, hamburgers, vegetables, etc.
When grilling with the closed door set a temperature of between
50°C and 200°C. It is advisable to heat the oven for a few
minutes before putting food in it.
CENTRE GRILL
Heat is directed onto the food from the top towards the
bottom.
For grilling with the door closed set a temperature between
50°C and 200°C.
This type of cooking is especially indicated for small quantities
of toasts, hot sandwiches, etc.
CLEANING FUNCTION
This function allows easy cleaning of the oven
interior. Remove the oven accessories, grill and
drip pan. Pour 0.2-0.3 litres of soapy water
directly on the bottom of the oven. Start the
cleaning function. The preset temperature in the oven is 80°C, and
the cycle lasts 20 minutes. Once the default time has passed, it is
possible to clean the oven using a soft sponge (dirt is easy to
remove since it was softened during the cleaning cycle).
CAUTION:
When cooking with any of the "GRILL" function, the oven door must
be kept CLOSED and the set temperature must not exceed 200°C.
