Disconnect the power cable from
the power system as soon as you

operation, maintenance and assembly of
accessories.
Handle the Blades with care as they are
extremely sharp and can cause injury.

Switch off the unit and disconnect it from
the power supply before changing the
accessories or approaching parts that are
mobile during operation.

Do not overll the Bowl with food to exceed the indicated “max” level (520 ml).
CAUTION: Blades are very sharp. Never insert your ngers in the Bowl while
machine is running to prevent personal injury.
WARNING: Make sure appliance is unplugged before inserting utensils into
the Bowl.
CAUTION: Never use the appliance continuously for more than 20 seconds.
Allow one minute to elapse between each chopping cycle.
Do NOT use appliance to chop ice cubes.
Never operate the appliance without ingredients or with dry ingredients only.
Do not add boiling liquids into appliance.
The Express Mini Chopper is great for chopping herbs, onions, garlic and
shallots as well as mixing meat and vegetables.
To nely chop ingredients use the Pulse mode.
To roughly chop ingredients use the Chop mode.
Use a spatula to remove pieces of food stuck to the wall of the Bowl.

Place the Express Mini Chopper on a at surface, then
place the bowl onto the Motor Unit and turn it counter-
clockwise until the lock is engaged and the Bowl cannot
move. NOTE*: You can make sure the Bowl is properly
installed by lifting the Bowl by the handle; you should see
that the Motor Unit and Bowl becomes one unit.
Plug power cord into an AC outlet. For rough
chopping, turn the knob to Chop, for ne chopping
activate the Pulse mode. To turn off appliance,
return the knob back to the Off position.
NOTE*: The appliance will not work if the Bowl is not properly assembled on
the Motor Unit. Never operate the Express Mini Chopper without its Lid.
WARNING: To avoid personal injury and/or electrical shock, do NOT insert
ngers or utensils in Bowl while machine is plugged in/operating.
Take the Blades and put them on top of the Drive
Shaft. Rotate it slightly so that it is positioned
correctly.
Wait for the Blades to fully stop before removing
the Lid, then unplug the appliance, remove the Lid
and Blades before emptying the contents.
Toss your cut ingredients into the Bowl, cover with
the Lid and lock it into place by aligning it with
its respective notches. Rotate the Lid counter-
clockwise until the Lid locks into the handle.

Chopping Chart CLEANING & Maintenance
To keep your Express Mini Chopper in pristine working condition, follow
the tips below:
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Remove the Lid by rotating it clockwise.
Turn the Bowl clockwise to remove it from the Motor Unit. Once
removed, remove the Blades. Turn the Bowl counterclockwise to Lock.
CAUTION: Blades are extremely sharp. Exercise with care.
Wash Bowl and the Blades with soap and water immediately after use.
Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Do NOT let Blades soak in water.
NOTE: These items can also be washed in the top rack of dishwasher.
Wipe Motor Unit with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. NEVER immerse
Motor Unit in water or any liquid.
Do not use abrasive detergents for cleaning.

(5 oz) 1 bag fresh spinach
½ (7 oz) can artichoke hearts
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp parmesan-reggiano cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup of cream cheese
1 cloves garlic, minced
dash of salt
INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:
You can serve this dip hot or cold. For the hot option, preheat your oven to 375º.
Combine the cream cheese, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and garlic
cloves in the Express Mini Chopper’s Bowl and chop until well mixed. Add your
fresh spinach and artichoke hearts to the Bowl, then pulse until spinach and
artichoke hearts are nely chopped.
Remove the dip mixture from the Bowl and place it into a small pan. Bake for 25
minutes until dip is oozy and warm.
If you choose to serve your dip cold, skip the oven and once you remove dip
from Bowl, place in dish then store in refrigerator.
Pair with your favorite crackers or veggies and enjoy!

DIRECTIONS:
Add everything but the Parmesan cheese to the Express Mini Chopper.
Chop until it is a nice spreadable consistency—a little chunky is just ne. Add
the Parmesan cheese and chop for 5 seconds. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Spread on everything!
DIRECTIONS:
Put ½ cup of oats, the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in the Express Mini
Chopper. Blend until oats are powdered like our.
Add the rest of the oats, chopped dates, and walnuts to the Bowl. Pulse lightly
a few times to break down the oats, dates, and nuts (don’t chop too much, you
want to still see pieces of oats and walnuts).
Store in a container for up to 3 months in the pantry.
To make an individual serving, pour ¾ cup of boiling water over ½ a cup of
Instant Oatmeal Mix. Stir, let stand for 1 minute,and stir again. Garnish with
apple slices. Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 250ºF. Scatter whole almonds on a baking pan and
place in oven for about 20 minutes or until almonds are completely dry.
Once your almonds are warm and dry, remove from oven and toss
them into the Bowl along with the tablespoon of your preferred oil.
Pulse for 2 minutes in 20 second intervals. Make sure to give your
machine minute long breaks in between intervals. If almond crumbs
build up on the walls of the Bowl, when the machine is off, remove the
Lid and scrape the almonds off the sides.
Once your almonds go from crumbly to smooth, transfer to a jar and
store in your refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

DIRECTIONS:
Place turkey in the Mini Chopper Bowl and grind it using the chop mode.
Then remove the turkey and place it into a separate bowl.
Place eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper, and garlic cloves into
the Bowl and pulse until ingredients are well mixed pour this mixture over
the turkey.
Add the spinach to the turkey and mix with a spoon until the items are
blended together. Scoop meat by tablespoons onto a parchment lined
baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in the Express Mini Chopper and chop until a thick creamy
hummus is achieved.

Once prepped, combine all your ingredients into your Mini Chopper.
Power on your Mini Chopper and chop the ingredients until it’s at the consistency you
want (until your desired consistency is achieved).
Afterwards, serve in your favorite dip dish with blue or yellow corn tortilla chips, or
sliced veggies.

DIRECTIONS:
Take the top round meat and place it in your Mini Chopper’s Bowl then chop
until fully ground (option to add your favorite seasoning). Mold meat into patty
then cook on a grill or stovetop to your preferred doneness. Add cheese nearly
before your patty is done so the cheese can melt.
Once you have your cooked cheesy-topped patty, place it on the bottom bun
and layer on the bacon, tomato and lettuce. Put your condiment of choice on
the top bun then place it on top of your burger for nishing touches. Enjoy!
