Fan operation switches on only when the oven has
reached a certain temperature, and may continue even
after the appliance has been turned off, for a few minutes.

Note: a safety switch is fitted to the front of the oven.
Opening the oven door when the oven is off, the internal
light will come on. Opening the door when the oven is in
operation, the fan and the heating element will switch off.

To cook meat, fish and poultry on the central level. Preheat
the oven to the required cooking temperature and place the
food inside as soon as all the indicators of the graduated
scale

To cook cakes on two levels. Oven preheating is not
necessary. Switch the position of the dishes inside the oven
during cooking time.
GRILL

Use the grill function to cook small pieces of meat (sirloin
steaks, kebabs, sausages) and for making toast. The function
allows various settings (1 min.- 5 max.). Preheat the oven
for 3/5 min. During cooking the door must remain closed.
When cooking meat, to avoid spatters of fat and smoke, pour
a little water into the drip tray. Turn over the meat during
grilling.
When this function is selected the spit (if supplied) is also
selected.
TURBOGRILL
(GRILL + FAN)

This function is ideal to cook large chunks of meat (roast
beef, roast joints). The function allows various settings
(1 min.- 5 max.). Preheat the oven for 3/5 min. During
cooking the door must remain closed. When cooking meat,
to avoid spatters of fat and smoke, pour a little water into
the drip tray. Turn over the meat while grilling.

To preheat the oven rapidly. As the temperature increases

function cuts out automatically when the programmed
temperature is reached. The acoustic signal will sound and
the appliance switches to the

cooking function. Use
for meat, fish and poultry.

DUAL ZONE
This function is available on the front left and rear left cooking zones. The dual-zone function extends the
heated area of the cooktop so that you can use large, oval or rectangular pans. How to operate: turn the
knob to
and wait for the residual heat indicator for the chosen hotplate to start flashing. Select the
required power by turning the knob anti-clockwise. The residual heat indicator remains lit to show that the
cooktop is switched on. To switch off the function turn the knob to

ICP (Initial
Cooking Phase)
This function accelerates the heating of the selected cooking zone for a specified amount of time during
the first part of the cooking cycle. To select this function, turn the knob to

Wait until the residual
heat indicator starts blinking, then turn the knob anti-clockwise to the desired power level. E.g.: if the
power level is

FAST BOILING
This function makes it possible to bring water to the boil fast and remains active for a preset time. Once
the preset time has elapsed, the cooktop returns automatically to maximum power level. The Fast Boiling
function can be activated also once you have already started cooking. Attention: Make sure you have
placed the pan on the cooking zone before activating the fast boiling function or the glass-ceramic
surface may be damaged. Specified performance values for this function are guaranteed for all types of
glass-ceramic cooktops. To activate the function, place the pot on the chosen cooking zone and turn the
knob to . To deactivate the function change the knob position.
GENTLE HEAT
Can be used to raise dough, soften hard butter from the fridge, keep a baby's bottle or a baby food warm,
for making yoghurt, melting chocolate, etc.
This function is available only when the residual heat indicator light is on. Make sure that the relative
cooking zone residual heat indicator light is on. Set the knob to . To deactivate the function change
the knob position.
