Important Safety Instructions
Please keep this instruction manual in a safe place, along with the warranty
card, purchase receipt and carton for future reference. The safety precautions
enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when correctly
adhered to.
• If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or
its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
• Do not operate the appliance outdoors.
• Power plug must be removed from power socket before cleaning, servicing,
maintenance or moving the appliance.
• Do not insert any objects (cutlery, utensils) while the appliance is in operation.
• Handle the beaters and the dough hooks with care and never remove them until
the appliance has completely stopped.
• To reduce the risk of electrocution, never operate this product with wet hands,
submerge under water into the product.
• Do not touch the beaters with the hand, spatula, spoon during operation.
• Do not use the beaters to mix hard ingredients such as frozen butter or dough.
• Never wash the motor housing in the water. If the mixer is accidentally
immersed, unplug the power plug, dry the apparatus and have it check with the
qualified service personnel.
• Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may overheat. Do
not use for longer than 5 minutes.
• Do not use the mixer for purposes other than mixing.
• Before connecting the power cord to a power outlet, ensure the switch is “OFF’
(“0” position).
• After use, make sure to switch it “OFF” (“0” position) and disconnect power cord
from the power outlet. Do not pull on the cord.
• Before you plug in the power cord to the power outlet, make sure that the voltage
and frequency indicated on the rating plate is the same as your local supply.
• ATTENTION: when you use the hooks, please insert the hook with washer into
housing with big circle sign, otherwise, flour will run into the housing.
Recycling
At the end of its working life, do not throw this appliance out with your household
rubbish. Observe any local regulations regarding the disposal of electrical consumer
goods and dispose of it appropriately for recycling. Contact your local authorities for
advice on recycling facilities in your area.

Using your Hand Mixer
1. Before first use, clean the dough hooks and beaters. Before assembling the
mixer, ensure that the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and the
speed selector is on the “0” position.
2. Assemble proper beaters or dough hooks into mixer.
WARNING: Beaters can be inserted in either socket, as the beaters are
identical. For dough hooks, the one with washer can only be
inserted into the big socket and the other one can only be
inserted into small socket.
THE TWO DOUGH HOOKS CANNOT BE INSERTED IN REVERSE.
3. Ensure that the unit is at the 0 position, then plug in the power cord to a
power outlet.
4. Turn the speed selector to your desired setting, there are 5 settings.
The appliance will start working and the speed will increase by 1/3 when the
turbo button is pressed at any time.
WARNING: Do not stick knives, metal spoons, forks and so on into bowl when
the hand mixer is operating.
5. The maximum operation time per time shall not exceed 5 minutes and
minimum 30 minutes rest time must be maintained between two consecutive
cycles. When kneading yeast dough, it is suggested to turn the speed selector
first to a low speed and then use high speed to achieve best results.
6. When mixing is completed, turn the speed selector to 0 position, unplug the
cord from the power outlet.
7. If necessary you can scrape the excess food particles from the beaters or dough
hooks with a rubber or wooden spatula.

8. Hold the beaters/dough hooks with one hand and press the ejector button
firmly with the other hand to remove the beater/dough hooks.
NOTE: Remove the beaters/dough hooks only when the mixer is turned off.
Speed Control
LOW Speed 1 To blend in flour/dry ingredients and liquids for batters
and cookie dough; to stir nuts, chips, raisins into heavy
cookie dough like oatmeal and chocolate chip.
Speed 2 To mix thin batters such as muffins, waffles, pancakes and
quick breads; to prepare sauces, puddings.
MEDIUM Speed 3 To cream butter and sugar; to beat eggs into batters and
cookie dough; to prepare cake mixes specifying medium
speed; to mix cake batters and frostings.
Speed 4 To beat whole eggs, frozen desserts; to mix light batters
like popovers.
HIGH Speed 5 To whip cream, beat egg whites, mash potatoes and other
vegetables like turnips and squash.
Care and Cleaning Instructions
• Switch off appliance and then unplug the power cord.
• Wash the beaters and bowl with water and dry.
• Clean motor housing with damp cloth.
NOTE: Motor housing must not be immersed in water. Do not use thinner,
benzene, metal wire brush, polishing powder or chemical mop. It may
cause scratching or discolouring of the motor housing.
