Thank you for purchasing the 3.5 & 5.0 litre hot water dispenser. We hope that you will be
happy with your product. Please read the following instructions prior to use and retain for
reference.
General Safety Precautions:
This item is designed for indoor, domestic use only.
Always attach the power cord o the appliance BEFORE you plug it into the mains
To disconnect the appliance, always switch off the main switch before removing the cord.
Check that the voltage indicated on the rating plate corresponds with that of the local supply
before connection.
This hot water dispenser is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge. They should be
given supervision and instruction in the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Close supervision is necessary when operating the appliance near children.
Ensure the electrical cord does not hang over the edge of the work surface. Keep the cord away
from sharp edges or heat that could cause damage.
If the electrical cord is damaged, a qualified engineer must replace it in order to avoid a hazard.

HOW TO USE YOUR HOT WATER DISPENSER
OPENING THE TOP LID:
o Push down the front edge of the TOP COVER LOCK FLAP located on the lid.
o Lift the flap by pulling upwards to open the top cover.
Water may still be hot and steam may escape
please take care.
FILLING AND RE-FILLING
o Open the Top Cover as per the above instruction, then using another container, pour
water into the Inner pot until the FULL mark is reached. DO NOT over fill as hot
water may splash out during boiling.
o Close top cover, ensure lid is secured by pressing firmly down till “click” sound is
heard.
o DO NOT switch on until after the water boiler has been filled with water.
o For best results, we would recommend using filtered water in the hot water
dispenser to reduce possible lime-scale build up.

TO BOIL WATER
o When power is switched ON, water will start to boil immediately.
DO NOT open the top cover when water is boiling.
DO NOT add water when the appliance is still boiling.
DO NOT obstruct the top lid steam vent.
KEEP WARM FUNCTION
o The appliance will beep 5 times when the water has reached boiling point and the
“Keep Warm” function will switch on automatically.
o The default temperature is set at 85°C, however this can be adjusted according to
your requirements.
o If you add more water to the pot, the keep warm function will automatically heat
the water to maintain the desired temperature.
o To adjust the temperature for the Keep Warm setting, press the TEMP SET button on
the control panel until the arrow indicator is above the temperature setting that you
require.

AUTO CUT OFF
o In the event that the water pot runs dry, the auto-cut off function will be activated.
The power source will be cut off and at the same time a beeper will sound and a
logo will be shown on the LCD display panel. The “Refill” LED will also be lit.
Examples when Auto-Cut off will be activated:
o Power is on but the water container is empty.
o Water level is below the “Add Water” indicator, but the water is still boiling.
o Top cover is not secured properly.
o Hot water is added AFTER the appliance has been switched on.
Action to be taken:
o Allow the unit to cool.
o Switch off the power supply .
o Add water to the pot, and then turn on again.
RE-BOIL FUNCTION
o Press the “Re-Boil” button once. The re-boil indicator light will come on.
o After Re-boil is completed, the “Keep Warm” indicator light will turn on.
o Re-boil will not work if there is unsufficient water inside.
o Pressing the re-boil button immediately after the water has just reached boiling
point will have no effect as the water inside is already at 100°C.
DISPENSING WATER
This hot water dispenser has 3 different water dispensing methods. One of them can be
operated without power.
o AIR PUMP WATER OUTLET:
Put your cup below the water outlet.
Push the Water Pump Lid to dispense water.
No power is required for this operation.
o DISPENSE WATER OUTLET:
Press the Unlock button once. The Unlock indicator light will illuminate.
Push the dispense button to dispense water.
Power is required for this operation.
o CUP WATER OUTLET:
Press the unlock button once. The Unlock indicator light will illuminate.
Press the lip of your cup against the micro switch behind the pouring spout
to dispense water.
Remove cup when adequate liquid is dispensed.
Power is required for this operation.
CAUTION!
Always keep th
e lid away from you as there is hot
steam trapped under the lid.
Do not press the dispensing button when the water
reservoir is empty. Doing so can cause damage.
TIMER
o The timer function is useful if you do not need hot water constantly available, for
example, overnight. Use the Timer button as below to put your hot water dispenser
to sleep for the allotted number of hours and re-awaken and re-boil after the timer
has elapsed.
Press the Timer button once. The timer LED indicator will switch on.

Press the Timer button once to restart the hot water dispenser in one hour,
twice for 2 hours and so on up to a maximum of 24 hours. The LCD display
will indicate the number of hours delay.
After a 30 second delay, the hot water dispenser will go into sleep mode and
the LCD backlight will turn off.
To cancel the timer setting, press the TEMP SET or RE-Boil button once.
STORAGE
o If you are going to store the hot water dispenser for a long period of time please
adhere to the following instructions:
Disconnect the power cord.
Our out any remaining water.
Thoroughly dry the hot water dispenser.
Store in its original box, or protect it from the elements.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE.
o Clean the inner pot with a soft damp cloth.
o Never use any chemical or abrasive solution or cleaning materials to clean your hot
water dispenser.
o The exterior surfaces should also be cleaned with a soft damp cloth, no chemicals
should be used.
o Do not immerse the unit in water or wet the operation panel.
o Do not place the unit upside down to dry it.
NOTE:
If alkaline water is used, lime-scale may stick to the inner pot. Cleaning should be done
regularly using a mild citric acid solution, natural or purchased. Continued usage may result
in the stain becoming difficult to remove if regular cleaning care is not applied.
DO NOT USE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Volatile oil or thinner
Abrasive cleaning powder, nylon brushes etc.
The hot water dispenser is NOT dishwasher safe
STORAGE:
Dry the hot water dispenser thoroughly before prolonged storage.
