2.Installate Steps:
After installaion, clean the profile and glass panels
using mild detergent.
1). Don't open or close the door forcefully to
avoid damage to the unit. Apply
some lubricate to the hinges every one month.
2). Never use acid or alkaline solution or hard article to clean the
hinges or glass surface.
3). Check the shower door periodically for
part damage or screw loosening.
Contact local dealer or manufacturer for service.
1.First place the Wall Profile(3)against the wall of the
bathtub.Second use level to correct it.Third mark the
position of wall profile use the pencil.Fourth take it,drill
the hole,insert the Wall Plug(1),secure the wall profile to
the wall use screw(2).Then insert glass profile(18) into
wall profile(3).(PIC2&3)
2).First install the seal 6 on the bottom of fixed
glass.Second insert the fixed glass he right frame and install
the pivot hing(7&10).Third insert the fixed glass(5) into glass
profile.Drill the hole in the wall profile,secure the glass profile
and wall profile use the screws(16).Then cover the wall
profile seal(4) and profile cover(15).(PIC 4)
3).Attach the door glass to the fixed ones(put some
lubricate to the pivot hinge),adjust the pivot and the
glass,fixed up to pivot hinge(10),make sure it's easy to
open and close,then fit up bottom seal(8).(PIC 5)
4)Connect (11),(12)(14)together ,Attach the glass clamp
to the glass ,adjust it,draw bit for the wall joint ,then fit
the wall profile(1),fit the screw ,put the cover on
it(13).Adjust the glass clamp to make a suitbale
position,drive the screw on it.(PIC 6)
