WARNINGS
This appliance is intended for domestic household use only and should not be used for any
other purpose or in any other application, such as for non-domestic use or in a commercial
enviroment.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach
of children.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or clearning.
• For the details on how to clean surfaces in contact with food please see section “Cleaning
and maintenance” on page 5.
• Switch o the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or
approaching aprts that move in use.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
WARNING: Risks of injuries if you dont use this appliance correctly.
• Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve or the protecting cover is damaged or has
visible cracks.

Before using this product, carefully read the warnings contained in this booklet, which pro-
vide important information regarding safety during installation, use and maintenance of
the product.
Keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check that the mains voltage
corresponds to that indicated on the appliance.
• Ensure that the appliance or packing materials (plastic wrapping, card, expanded
polystyrene etc) are not within reach of unattended children or mentally handicapped
persons.
• Do not immerse the motor section in water or other liquids.
• Do not attempt to unplug the appliance by pulling the mains cable or the appliance itself.
• Do not use the appliance outdoors.
• Do not leave the mains cable in contact with hot surfaces.
• Before connecting the appliance to the mains supply, completely unwind the mains cable
and check that it is in perfect condition.
• Do not use the appliance: if the cable or plug is damaged; if the appliance does not work
properly; after it has been dropped or in any way damaged. In such cases, do not open the
appliance and do not attempt to repair it yourself.
• Remove the plug from the mains supply when the appliance is not in use, before cleaning,
assembling or disassembling.
• Do not use accessories which are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute
a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
This kind of appliance cannot function continuously; it is not a professional type of
appliance. It is necessary to make temporary stops.

DESCRIPTION

• Before using the appliance, all removable parts (not the motor case) must be washed.
• Remove the lid and unravel the cable stored in the compartment beneath the motor base (Refer to Fig.1)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Assemble the juicer (shown in the diagram on page 3) by sliding the
accessories over the motor shaft locating the juice drain in the open-
ing on the motor base.
The dust cover is not used during operation. Make sure you use the
correct sized juice cone for the fruit being juiced.
• Plug in the appliance to the main supply.
• Cut the fruit (oranges, lemons, grapefruits etc.) in half.
• Position the half fruit on the juice cone.Press the fruit down lightly and the motor will automatically begin the juice process.
For best results, adjust the hold on the fruit to ensure that all parts of the flesh are squeezed.
• Do not put excessive pressure on the Juice Cone: if the motor starts getting louder or the speed of the motor decreases
significantly, there is too much pressure being exerted on the cone.
The motor stops automatically when the fruit is removed from the cone or when it ceases to be pressed.
• Juice Tank with Drain, lift drain up when squeezing the fruit, press down the drain to let the juice drain out of the tank. When
the tank is empty lift up the drain. (Refer to Fig.2-HOLD, Fig.3-DRAIN).Place a suitable glass under the drain before it is pushed
down to release the juice.
NOTE: Let the appliance cool for 5 minutes after every 2 minutes use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before performing any cleaning operation, it is absolutely necessary to unplug the
appliance from the mains supply.
• Remove the cone and Juice Sieve and rinse them immediately after use. Use a soft bristle
brush to remove any fruit residue.
The motor case must not be immersed into water. It may be cleaned with a damp cloth.
The dust cover, the juice sieve, the cone and the juice tank may be washed under running
water only, using normal washing-up liquid and dried with a cloth.
Before putting away the appliance, ensure that it is clean and that there are no food resi
dues present. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes
into direct contact with food. Store the cable in the compartment beneath the motor base.
