EN Note: Never use scouring pads, abrasive
cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such
as alcohol, petrol or acetone to clean the
appliance. Clean the appliance and wipe any
deposits off the steamer head with a damp
cloth and a non-abrasive liquid cleaning agent.

Steam has condensed in the hose. Lift the steamer head to straighten the hose
vertically. This allows any condensation to
flow back into the water tank.

Fill water tank to the MAX level indication.
You have placed the steamer on a table
or chair instead of on the floor.
