Electric shock hazard:
This is not an insulated tool.
Contact with live circuits can result
in severe injury or death.
Wear eye protection when using
this tool.
Failure to wear eye protection can
result in serious eye injury from
flying debris.
Setup
1. Loosen the blade locking screw (3).
2. Twist the slotted head cam (2) until the blade (1) will strip the insulation
without damaging the conductor.
3. Tighten the locking screw (3).
4. Use adjustment wheel to set for different cable diameters.
Operation
1. Place the cable stripper around the cable. Squeeze the handles together
until the tool snaps to the closed position.
2. Rotate the cable stripper around the cable.
Note: The cable stripper will tend to feed toward the end of cable as the tool
is rotated around the cable. If necessary prevent this by putting pressure
against the tool in the opposite direction.
3. Open the handles to release the cable from the cable stripper.
Maintenance
Keep tool clean and dry.
Oil moving parts occasionally.
Sharpen blade with an oil stone when necessary.
Do not alter the blade angle.
Apply a small amount of grease to the jaws to reduce friction and make
