Servicingisrequiredwhenthedevicehasbeendamaged

ormalfunctionsinanymanner.Thiswouldincludedamagetothepowersupplycordorplug,whenever

liquidhasbeenspilledorobjectshavefallenintothedevice,alsowhenthedevicehasbeenexposedtorain

ormoisture,whentheunit

ceasestooperatenormally,aswhenoriginallypurchased.

If the unit is likely to undergo excess vibration through use, your must properly install the unit securely and the rack

mountablereinforcementbracketsmustbeproperlyfitted.

Damagecausedbyinsufficientsupportisnotcoveredbythewarranty. 

Topreventdamagetotheunit'spanels,alwaysuseprotectiveplasticcupsorwashersbeforetighteningmountingbolts.



Ventilationgapsbetweenunitsarenotrequired,howevercaremustbetakentoensurethatanunobstructedfreeflowof

cleanairispossiblefromthebackoftheunittothefront.Itisalsoimportantthatneitherairintakes,frontorsideexhaust

grilles are covered. The internalairflow of these units are designed to minimize the malfunction of the electronics, and

promotecoolingair,foroptimalandsafeunitoperation.



PLEASE NOTE: Users mustensure that  any type of smoke andrelated substances are not allowed to enter the amplifier.

Smokeyairiscorrosiveandprolongedexposurewillcauseirreparabledamagetoyouramplifier.

Do not expose the amplifier to rain or moisture during operation or  storage. If the unit does come into contact with

moisture, remove the AC power cord immediately and leave it in a suitably dry area to dry.Take precaution before

reconnectingtoapowersupply.

Beawarethatwhenanyequipmentistakenfroma coldtohumidlocation,condensationmayoccurinside.Alwaysallow

timefortheequipmenttoattainthesametemperatureasitsenvironmentbeforereconnectingtoapowersupply.

Twofront‐panelmountingholesareprovidedoneachmountingear.

Coolairflowsovertheheatsinkandexhauststhroughthefrontgrill.Makesure

thisoutletremainscleartoallowunrestrictedairflow

ChannelLevelAttenuators

Two input attenuators adjust level for their respective amplifier channels. In

BridgedMonomodes,thechannelAat tenuatorcontrolsoverallsignallevel(see

rearpanelmodeswitchdescriptions)

ProtectLEDS

Red LED indicates that the amp channel is in Protect mode. During Power up,

the amp briefly goes into protect mode in order to prevent any loud speakers

from being overloaded / exhausted by the speakers. After a few seconds the

ampcomesoutofprotectmodeandis ready fornormaloperation.If theamp

staysinProtectmode,thisindicatesthattheremaybeaprobleminternal

to the amp. If the amp goes into Protect mode during operation this indicates

that either a problem has occurred internally to the amp or the amp is being

overloaded/exhaustedandneedstocooldown.AfteraProtectcondition,the

ampmustberesetbycyclingthepoweroffandthenonagain.

peaksoftheaudiosignalwaveformwhichwillbeflattered.TheClipLimitercircuitautomatically

reducesthegaintopreventfurtherdamagetotheamplifierandinternalcircuitry.Youcanswitch

theClipLimitercircuitONandOFFviathe(11)switchontherearpanel.Ifyouusefullrange

speakers,theClipLimitercircuitwillreducethehighfrequencydistortionandwillalsoprotect

thehighfrequencydrivers.However,someusersprefertoswitchtheLimiterOFFtogetmore

punchfromKickDrumsandothersoundsinthelowfrequenciesarea.

Connection

Thepoweramplifiermustbeconnectedonlywiththeattachedthree‐wiresafetypowercord

withprotectiveconductor(non‐fusedearthedconductor).Thisamplifierismadeforusewiththe

mainsvoltagelabelledonthebackoftheamplifieronly.Checkthelabelonthebackpanelofthe

amplifierfortheappropriatevoltage.Makesurethevoltageofyourmainsoutletiscorrect.The

powervoltageisfactorysetaslabelledonthebackpanelandcannotbechangeafterwards.

If the stereo/bridge or limiter switches are

activated then you can view this screen. View

stereo/bridge working mode and limiter switch

set position, and displays the left and right

channel output attenuation histogram, and

provides an output display read value of the

output attenuation. Output attenuation range

from‐30dBto 0dB.

Afterafew secondsofbeing

displayed, the screen will then return to the

secondscreen.

By pressing the front‐located 4Ohm / 8Ohm

button, the amplifier system will display the

selectedOhmvalue.Afterafewseconds,the

screen will revert to the second display

screenlistedabove.
