How to attach the stand
How to remove the stand
When you transport this product, remove the stand and pack at against the back of the unit in the carton. To remove the stand,
perform the above steps in reverse order.
When you mount the TV on the wall, remove the stand.
To disconnect the base/stand remove the screws from the back as below.
NOTE:
• Assure the AC cord is not connected to AC outlet.
• Before beginning this process, assure that TV is laid on a clean, safe, and cushioned space to avoid any damage to the unit.
• Do not touch or press the LCD screen, the glass might break under pressure.
1. Carefully place the TV screen face-down on a clean, cushioned surface.
2. Insert the stand neck and secure the neck with 4 screws (supplied) (M4x25) as shown in Figure 1. It will t in only one direction.

 


For subscribers to unscrambled Cable TV service with scrambled premium channels

This TV has an extended tuning range and can tune most cable channels without using a Cable TV Converter box. Some
cable companies oer “premium pay channels” where the signal is scrambled. Descrambling these signals for normal
viewing requires the use of a descrambler device which is generally provided by the Cable TV company.

Channels setup
This TV is equipped with a channel memory feature which
allows channels to skip up or down to the next channel
set into memory, skipping over unwanted channels. Before
selecting channels, they must be programmed into the TV’s
memory. To use this TV with an antenna, set the signal type
option to the Air mode. When shipped from the factory, this
menu option is in the Cable mode.

or hearing violent scenes or pictures that you may choose to
exclude. The restriction applies to “TV”, “Movie”, “Canada English
Rating” and “Canada French Rating” if this data is transmitted.
You may set this restriction separately. To use the Parental
Control function, you must register a password.
