ESAB GENUINE Heliarc HW-24 Tig Welding Torch is an air-cooled welding machine with a 75 amp rating for continuous duty using standard collet bodies and a rating of 100 amps for continuous duty using gas lens collet bodies. It can weld with .020, .040, and 1/16-in. diameter electrodes, both 3 in. or 7 in. in length. The HW-24 comes with a 60 or 90-degree body, a standard or gas lens collet body, and a variety of cups depending on the body and collet body selected. The torch also features a 12-1/2 ft. or 25 ft. gas hose that connects the regulator/flowmeter to the torch cable and hose assembly.
