Wolf Range WTF-42 is a gas floor model fryer with a 42-48 lb. capacity. It has a black epoxy powder coat paint finish on the front and sides, a stainless steel bullnose, and adjustable legs. The twin fry baskets have plastic coated handles, and the 14 gauge cold rolled steel fry tank has four heat exchanger tubes and a "V" shaped cold zone. The 1" full port ball type drain valve makes it easy to empty the fryer, and the 120,000 BTU/hr. input provides plenty of power for even the busiest kitchens.

IMPORTANT
1. A gas pressure regulator sized for this unit is included.
Natural Gas 3.5" W.C. Propane Gas 10.0" W.C.
2. Gas line connecting to appliance must be

⁄2" or larger.
If flexible connectors are used, the inside diameter must
be the same as the

⁄2" iron pipe.
3. An adequate ventilation system is required for Commer-
cial Cooking Equipment. Information may be obtained by
writing to the National Fire Protection Association,
Batterymarch Park, Quincy, MA 02269. When writing
refer to NFPA No. 96.
4. These units are manufactured for installation in accor-
dance with ANSZ223.1 (latest edition), National Fuel
Gas Code. Copies may be obtained from American Gas
Association, 1515 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA 22209.
