beforecleaning.
Neverallowchildrenonornearthecycle.
Checkthecyclebeforeeveryuse.Makesureallpartsareassembledcorrectly,
andallnutsandboltsaretightened.Donotusethecycleiftheunitis
disassembledinanyway.
Keepyourhandsawayfrommovingparts.
Wearproperworkoutclothing:doNOTwearlooseclothing.Donotwearshoes
withleathersolesorhighheels.Tiealllonghairback.
Don'trocktheunitfromsidetoside,andtakeverycarewhenmountingand
dismountingtheunit.
Don'tstandontheunit.
Donotuseanyaccessoriesthataren'tspecificallyrecommendedbythe
manufacturerasthesemightcauseinjuriesorcausetheunittofail.
Workwithinyourrecommendedexerciselevel,doNOTworktoexhaustion.

Stepbystepinstructions
Beforeassemblingyourcycle,makesurethatyouhavealltheaboveparts.The
followingstepsexplainhowtoassembleyourexercisecycle.Pleasereadeverystep
thoroughly,andfollowthedirectionscompletelytoensurecorrectassembly.
1.Makesureallpackingmaterialsareremovedfromthecycleframe.
2.Placethecycleonalevel,flatsurface.
3.Pleaseassembletheuprightposttothebicyclemainframe,usingthefour(4)
screwsandwashersprovided.Tightentheboltssecurely(seeFig.1).
4.Pleaseassembletherearcrossframetothemainbikeframeusingthefour(4)
screwsandwashersprovided.Makesurethatthefrontandrearlegssitstablyon
thefloorbeforeyoutightentheboltssecurely(SeeFig.2)

5.Pleaseattachthehandlebarmountingplatetothecycleframe,usingfour(4)bolts,
springwashersandflatwashers.Tightentheboltssecurely(SeeFig.3).
6.Pleaseinserttheseatbackframeassemblyintothehandlebarmountingplateand
tightensecurelybyusingthefour(4)boltsandwashersprovided.(SeeFig.4)

boltsandwashersprovided.Inserttheboltsfromunderneaththeseat--twoin
backandtwoinfront,throughthehandlebarmountingplate.Tightenthebolts
securely(SeeFig.5).

8.Pleaseattachthefootpedalstothecrankarmsonthecycleusingthe
wrenchprovided.Becarefultoinstallthepedalsonthecorrectcrankarm.A
"R"or"L"onthefootpedalindicatesthecorrectside.Installthepedal
marked"R"ontheright-handcrankarm(asyoustandattherearofthe
cyclefacingfront).Whenyouinstallthepedalonthelefthandcrankarm,
rotatethepedalcounterclockwisetotightensincethepedalhasleft-hand
screwthreads.Tightenthepedalssecurely.(SeeFig.6)
9.Pleaseassemblethehandlebartotheuprightpostusingthefour(4)screws
andwashersprovided.Tightentheboltssecurely(SeeFig.7).

506cycleisunsteadyonthefloor,turntherightorleftwheelsoftherearleg
eithertomakethecyclesittingstable.(SeeFig.8)
11.SeatAdjustment:Sitonthecyclewithbothfeetinthepedalsandoneleg
extendedasfarasiscomfortable(donotstraightenyourleg--thereshouldbe
somebendinitwhenyoupedal),turntheseatadjustmentknob(locatedunder
theseat)counterclockwisetoreleaseitandmovetheseatforwardorbackward
untilthepedaldistanceiscomfortable.Twisttheknobclockwisetotighten(See
Fig.9).

D.EXERCISINGONYOURCYCLE
UnderstandingtheElectronicsPackage
Install#3battery(1.5v)twopiecestosupplypower.
Pressanykeyorpedaltoshowupthedataontheelectronicsdisplay.
Thereis8-leveltensionforadjustable.Turningtheknobundertheelectronics
packagecanchangethetensionlevel.
1.TIME:Pressthekeystosetyourdesiredworkouttime.Timerangeis1-99
minutes.Everypressofthekeywillchangethevaluebyoneminute.After
youhavesetyourdesiredtime,youcanstarttopedaltheunit.Thenthe
bikewillcountdownfromthisvalue,beepswhenthevalueisreached,then
electronicsdisplayautomaticallycountsupifyoustillcontinuepedaling.
2.DISTANCE:Pressthekeystosetyourdesiredworkoutdistance.The
distancerangeis0.1-999.9(KMORMILE).Everypressofthekey
willchangethevalueby0.1KM.Afteryouhavesetyourdesired
distance,youcanstarttopedaltheunit.Thebikewillcountdown
fromthisvalue,beepswhenthevalueisreached,thenelectronics
displayautomaticallycountsupifyoustillcontinuepedaling.
YoucansetupyourdesiredworkoutTIME&DISTANCEtogether.Whenyour
desiredworkoutTIMEor(and)DISTANCEhas(have)beenset,theelectronics
packagewillcountdowndirectly,beepsfor8secondswhenthedesired
TIME/DISTANCEisreached.Thentheelectronicspackageautomaticallycountsup
ifyoustillcontinueyourworkout.
3.RPM:Thisdisplaystherevolutionsperminute.
4.OnceyoupressRESET,alldatawillbecomezero.
5.Alldataontheelectronicspackagewillbegoneifyoustoppedalingover2
minutes.

CleaningTheCycle
Whenfirststartingyourworkout,usethefirstseveralminutestowarmup,then
slowlyincreaseyourworkload.Attheendofyourworkout,graduallydecreaseyour
workload,thenexerciselightlyasa"cooldown".
Aerobicexercises,toachievethegreatestbenefits,shouldbeperformed3-5timesa
week.Itisimportanttoallowsufficienttime,atleast24hours,foryourbodyto
recoverafterexercise.
Thiscyclerequireslittlemaintenance.Thecycle'slowfrictionoperationisdependent
onkeepingtheunitascleanaspossible.See"Cleaningthecycle"formore
information.
CAUTION:Stopexercisebeforecleaning.
Regularcleaningisrecommendedtokeepyourcycleatpeakperformance.
Beforeyourworkout,useadryclothtocleanthesurfaceoftheelectronicspackage.
Neverpourliquidsontheelectronicspackage.Shouldwater,forsomereason,
getontheelectronicspackage,immediatelyblowdrytheelectronicspackage.
Tocleantheplasticparts,useamilddetergentandmakesuretheunitiscompletely
drybeforeoperating.
Itisrecommendedthatyoukeepallliquidsawayfromtheunitduringoperation.
Spillageofliquidsontoorintothemachinewillvoidthewarranty.
