PROCEDURE DE DEMONTAGE-REMONTAGE VERINS STOPPEUR
PROCEDURE FOR STRIPPING STOPPER CYLINDERS
WARTUNGS- UND MONTAGEANLEITUNG FÜR STOPPERZYLINDER
DEMONTAGE
DEMONTAGE
DISASSEMBLY
1- Démonter les fonds en desser-
rant les 4 vis (Ø20)/8 vis (Ø32-50-
80). Attention au ressort à l'intérieur
2- Sortir l'ensemble tige/piston, ressort du tube de
vérin
Au préalable, pour la version à galet démonter
la goupille (4) avec un chasse goupille sans
marquer la surface de la tige
REMONTAGE
Pour obtenir un fonctionnement optimal, il est
recommandé d'utiliser la graisse fournie.
1-
Retirer de la pochette de rechange le joint de
piston (1).
2- Enduire légèrement de graisse le joint de piston
et la gorge du piston.
3-
Placer le joint du piston (fi g. A). Respecter le sens
de montage (fi g. D)
4- Terminer la mise en place du joint dans sa
gorge (fi g. B)
5- Enduire légèrement de graisse l'intérieur et l'en-
trée du tube et l'ensemble piston (❉).
6- Placer le piston en biais dans la partie inférieure
du cylindre (fi g. E)
7- Introduire progressivement le joint du piston, à
l'aide d'un outil plat, sans aspérité et en effectuant
un mouvement circulaire de la tige (fi g. F). Ne pas
utiliser de tournevis

Pousser le piston dans le cylindre (fi g. G)
9
-Aprés avoir remplacé le joint de tige (2) et joints
toriques (3),enduits légèrement de graisse, re-
monter le ressort et les fonds.
10
-Vérifi er que les fonds soient bien mis dans le tube
pour assurer l'alignement et serrer en croix
les
4 vis (Ø20)/8 vis (Ø32-50-80)
, couple de serrage
recommandé:
- Ø 20 : 1 N.m - Ø 50 : 9 N.m
- Ø 32 : 4 N.m - Ø 80 : 12 N.m
NOTA: nombre maximum de démontages = 3

- Pour la version à galet (Fig. H) monter la goupille
(4) avec un chasse goupille sans marquer la
surface de la tige.
Appliquer à l'extremité de la goupille un adhésif
de fi xation avec polymérisation anaérobie

1- Entfernen Sie die End stücke, indem Sie die 4
Schrauben (Ø20)/8 Schrauben (Ø32-50-80).
Achten Sie auf die innenliegende Feder.
2-
Nehmen Sie die Einheit bestehend aus Kolben-
stange und Kolben aus dem Zylinderrohr heraus.
Bei der Rollenausführung ist zuerst der Stift (4)
mit einer Durchtreiber zu entfernen; achten Sie
dabei darauf, die Oberfl äche der Kolbenstange
nicht zu beschädigen.
MONTAGE
Ein optimales Funktionieren wird durch Verwendung
des beigefügten Schmiermittels erreicht.
1- Nehmen Sie die Kolbendichtung (1) aus der
Ersatzteilpackung.
2- Schmieren Sie die Kolbendichtung und die Kol-
benringnut leicht ein.
3- Legen Sie die Kolbendichtung ein (Abb.A). Be-
achten Sie die Montagerichtung
(Abb. D)
.
4- Schließen Sie die Montage der Dichtung ab
(Abb. B).
5- Schmieren Sie das Innere und den Eingang des
Rohres sowie die Kolbeneinheit leicht ein. (❉).
6- Setzen Sie den Kolben schräg in den unteren
Teil des Zylinders (Abb. E) ein.
7- Schieben Sie die Kolbendichtung unter Zuhil-
fenahme eines glatten Werkzeuges mit einer
drehenden Bewegung in den Zylinder (Abb. F).
Verwenden Sie keinen Schraubendreher.
8-
Schieben Sie den Kolben in den Zylinder (Abb. G)
9- Nachdem Sie die leicht eingefettete Kolben-
stangendichtung (2) und leicht eingefetteteten
O-Ringe (3) wieder eingesetzt haben,setzen Sie
die Feder ein und schrauben Sie die Endstücke
wieder an.
10-Überprüfen Sie die richtige Lage der Endstücke.
Befestigen Sie die 4 Schrauben (Ø20) / 8 Schrau-
ben (Ø32-50-80) über Kreuz bzw. Empfohlene
Drehmomente:
- Ø 20 : 1 N.m - Ø 50 : 9 N.m
- Ø 32 : 4 N.m - Ø 80 : 12 N.m
ANMERKUNG: Max. Anzahl der Demontagen = 3

-Bei der Rollenausführung (Abb. H) ist der Stift
mit einem Durchtreiber einzutreiben; achten Sie
dabei darauf, die Oberfl äche der Kolbenstange
nicht zu beschädigen.
Das Ende des Stifts ist mit etwas anaerobem
Klebstoff zu sichern.
1- Disassemble the covers by loosen-
ing the 4 screws (Ø20)/8 screws (Ø32-
50-80).Beware of the spring inside.
2- Remove the rod/piston, spring unit from the
cylinder tube.
For the roller version, fi rst drive out the pin (4)
with a pin punch; being careful not to damage
the surface of the cylinder rod.

REASSEMBLY
For best results, use the supplied grease.
1-
Remove the piston seal from the spare parts kit (1).
2- Coat the piston seal and the piston groove lightly
with grease.
3- Place the piston seal (fi g. A). Observe the moun-
ting direction
(fi g. D)
.
4-
Complete fi tting the seal into the groove (fi g. B)
.
5- Lightly coat the inside of the tube and its entry as
well as the piston unit with grease (❉).
6- Place the piston diagonally into the bottom part
of the cylinder (fi g. E).
7- Push the piston seal with a circular movement
into the rod using a fl at tool (fi g. F). Do not use a
screwdriver.
8- Place the piston back into the cylinder (fi g. G).
9-
After having replaced the rod seal (2) and O-rings
9- After having replaced the lightly greased rod seal
(2) and O-rings (3), reassemble the spring and
the covers.
10-Check that the ends are properly positioned in
the tube to ensure alignment, then tighten the 4
screws (Ø20) / 8 screws (Ø32-50-80). crosswise
with the following torques:
- Ø 20 : 1 N.m - Ø 50 : 9 N.m
- Ø 32 : 4 N.m - Ø 80 : 12 N.m
N.B. Max. number of disassemblies = 3

-For the roller version (fi g. H), drive in the pin (4)
with a pin punch, being careful not to damage the
surface of the cylinder rod..
Apply some anaerobic adhesive to the end of the
pin.

(do not use corrosives or solvents).
5- Do not disassemble the piston.

Entfernen Sie vorsichtig die Kolbendichtung (1);
achten Sie dabei darauf, den Kolben nicht zu be-
schädigen.
4- Reinigen Sie die Kolbenstange, den Kolben und
das Rohr (ätzende Mittel oder Lösemittel sind
nicht zu verwenden).
5- Demontieren Sie nicht den Kolben.
