9. Do not allow children to play on, stand upon or climb into the Cargo Carrier. The Cargo
Carrier is not for carrying people or animals.
10. Always check hardware and assembled parts after assembling. All connections should be tight
and hardware tightened.
11. Always distribute objects in the Cargo Carrier evenly. Uneven weight distribution could cause
tipping.
12. Be aware of dynamic loading! Suddenly dropping or bouncing a load on the Cargo Carrier may
create, for a brief instant, an excess load, which may result in damage to the product and/or
personal injury. Additionally, if the vehicle hits a bump, a slight play in the receiving hitch or a
movement in the load could result in a momentary dynamic loading effect that could dramatically
increase the actual weight load. Check the hitch-to-Carrier connection for any looseness. This
momentary dynamic loading effect could result in damage to the Cargo Carrier, the load and
possible personal injury.
WARNING! Be aware of the possible risk of fire and damage to property resulting from the
vehicle’s exhaust system pointing at or running near the cargo put in this Cargo Carrier. Before installing
the Cargo Carrier, check to make sure that the exhaust pipe is not pointing in the direction of the cargo.
Flammable cargo can ignite from exposure to heat. Other cargo can be damaged from the heat. Always
be aware of this potential danger, and never use the Cargo Carrier if the risk exists.
13. Follow DOT guidelines for installation and use.
14. Do not exceed 55 MPH while carrier is attached.
WARNING: The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual can not
cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that
common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by
the operator.
Assembly
It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with the product BEFORE you
assemble and use the Cargo Carrier. Before assembling and operating the Cargo Carrier, be
sure that you have all parts described in the Parts List and Assembly Diagram located on the last
pages of this manual.

1. Attach the Stop Plate (2) onto the end of Front Platform (5) by using Bolts (1), Washers (3) and
Lock Nut (4), repeat on Rear Platform (9).
2. Attach Front Platform (5) onto the Support Frame (10) by using Bolts (11), Washer (12) and Lock
Nuts (13); attach Rear Platform (9) onto the Support Frame (10) by using Short Pin (14) and R-pin
(6). Make sure the two Stop Plates are on the same side and side rails on both platforms are face to
face as shown on the Assembly Diagram.
3. Attach the Ramp Head (15) onto the Ramp (8) with Bolt (16) and Lock Nut (4), Slide ramp set into
the channel under Front Platform (5) and Rear Platform (9), and secure with Long Pin (7) and R-pin
(6).
Note: The Ramp set can be assembly in two direction. One is to keep ramp rail upside-A (see
figure in next page), another is to keep ramp rail downside-B (see figure in next page). You
should always attempt ramp rail upside assembly-A when using, this will make your loading safe
and easily by using the ramp rail as a guide. Sometime the mobility you are to load is with very
low off ground height less than rail height, under this situation, you must make sure ramp rail
downside-B to make ramps workable when loading.
