REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT ON/OFF SWITCH

FOR FRYERS

(pre 2000 series models AA, BB, TS, & CPU)

REMOVAL:

1. Remove the control panel and support the panel so that it does not damage wiring or

other components.

2. Disconnect the wires on the switch.

3. Loosen the nut holding the ON/OFF switch, on the front of the control panel, and remove

the switch.

REPLACEMENT:

1. Replace ON/OFF switch onto the front of the control panel. Tighten nut holding.

CAUTION: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

2. Reconnect the wires on the switch.

3. Reconnect the control panel.
