Assembling Sync Release
Put Sync Release over Copal Release Flag:
•Lemo Plug points right
(or downwards when lens is mounted on the camera)
•Engraving of Sync Release points toward lens barrel
Assembling Release Button
Screw-In Release Button:
•Screw in until you are able to release the shutter of the
lens

Store the surplus release button
The release button which is not in use, either the release button
for manual or cable release operation, can be stored underneath
the sync release.

Connect the Sync Cord to the Sync Release
The ALPA Sync Release Mk II can be operated with all types
and generations of Sync Cord, (i.E 170.800.462, 170.800.450,
170.800.461).

Connect the Sync Cord to the Sync Release
• Connect the Lemo-Plug to the bottom plug of the Sync
• Release.
• Connect the Flash Sync PC plug to the Flash Sync port
of the Shutter
• Connect the Multipin-plug to the digital back

Operate the ALPA Sync Release with cable release
Make sure the release button for the cable release is moun-
ted in the Sync Release.

Screw in the cable release in the respective thread from the
release button.
