Instruction for use

Short-stroke unit for ZA actuators

with 12 mm GEAR RACK

Caution!

The short stroke unit must

be at least 15mm long.

1.Close the actuator completely. Then, open

for 1-2 seconds and stop.

2.Cut the plastic short-stroke unit (1) to size,

both at right-angles and to the required

length of shortened stroke.

Make sure that the cut surface is even

and square.

3.Unscrew and remove the rear cover (2)

from the tube.

4.Unscrew and remove the plastic guide

element (3) from the gear rack.

5.Slide the plastic short-stroke unit (1) into

the tube.

6.Place the plastic guide element (3) onto

the gear rack and srew it tight.

7.Reaffix the rear cover (2) to the tube and

screw it tight.

Installation
