Add 3 ouncesofformula (Alwaysuse
genuineBISSELLformulasto maximize
cleaningandfor the safetyof yourmachine).
OR Ifusing aBISSELL3XConcentrate
add1ounceofformula.
Replacethe cap andinsertandtighten by
turning clockwise.
Replacethe clean/solutiontank backinto the
machine.Besurethatthe cap is seatedin
the receiver.

Maintenanceandcare
Cleaning/replacingthe TLRPower Roller
1. Turnpowerswitch to OFF(O) and unplug
the machine.
2, Removebothtanks,detentthe handleand
turn the machineonits back.
3. Removethe 6 screwsfromthe soleplate
usinga Phillipsheadscrewdriver,set6
screwsand soleplateaside.
4. Turnthe machineon itssidesothe cordside
is againstthe floor.
5. Removethe 2 screwsfromthe beltguard
andsetaside
Note:These2 screws arethe sameasthe 6
soleplatescrews).
Removethe top ofthe beltguard.
6. Unhookthe beltfrom theTLRPowerRoller
andslidethe rollerdownthroughthe hole
in the beltguardbottom.Slidethe rollerup 6.
off the metaldowel(which is attachedtothe
swingarm).
7. CleantheTLRPowerRollerbyrinsingwith
hot waterandmild soap.Allow todry before
replacingif desired.
8. Toreplace,slidethe TLRPowerRolleron to
the metaldowelwith the taller cogat the
top.Pushthe taller cog ofthe rollerbackup 8a.
throughthe hole inthe beltguardbottom
andre-attachthe belt.Placethe beltguard
top into positionoverthe bottom halfand
tightentogetherwith 2 screws.
9. Turnthe machineonto its backand
attachthe secondswingarm. Besurethe
arm is properlyin placebothontheTLR
PowerRollerandin the base. Pushthe TLR
PowerRollerdown so it is nestedunderthe
nozzle. 8c.
10. Re-attachthe soleplate usingthe 6screws.

Putthe unit away in aclosetor basementfor
the next use.Storecleanerin aprotected,dry
area.Sincethis product useswater, it mustnot
be storedwhere there isa dangeroffreezing.
