USING YOUR APPLIANCE
FONDUE
• Place your device on a flat surface on the table center. Unwind the cord and plug it into a mains socket.
Make sure the thermostat is set to "0" or "MIN" before you start using the appliance.
• Carefully fill the pan with the desired preparation (oil, broths, etc.) and make sure the level does not
exceed the MAX level indicated on the inside of the pan.
• Turn the thermostat control knob to the maximum position.
• Heat for approximately 20-30 minutes to bring the oil to the correct temperature.
• During cooking, adjust the temperature setting according to the amount of ingredients being cooked. It
is normal for the indicator light to cycle on and off due to the thermostatic control.
• For the classic fondue bourguignonne, we recommend that you set the thermostat to the maximum
level. For cheese fondue, Chinese fondue and chocolate fondue, choose the medium thermostat level.
•
At the end of use, turn the thermostat to the "0" or "MIN" position, unplug it and let the appliance cool
down completely before handling.
We recommend that you do not use the same oil too often. It degrades quickly. Do not put water in the oil bath (risk
of oil splashes and burns)
