CUCUMBER
COOLER
INGREDIENTS
• 1 lime, quartered
• Handful of ice cubes
• 50ml gin
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 4 – 6 cucumber slices
• 125ml tonic water
• Handful of mint
leaves and a few extra
to garnish
Add the handful of mint leaves and half of
the lime to your VonShef Cocktail Shaker.
Using your muddler, crush the mint and
limes
Once crushed, add most of the ice, gin and
sugar. Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously
for a few seconds to combine
Add the cucumber slices to the shaker and
shake again
Add the rest of the ice to your glass, pour
the mix on top and add the tonic water
Stir with your twisted bar spoon and leave
to infuse for a few minutes
Slice the remaining lime into smaller
segments and use to garnish with the rest
of the mint leaves
