INGREDIENTS
25ml tequila
25ml triple sec
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Handful of ice cubes
Half a lime, sliced
to garnish
Handful of salt
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
VonShef Cocktail

Martini glass
Saucer or small plate

MARGARITA
Take the handful of salt and place in the saucer,
then take your martini glass and dampen the rim
with water; dip the rim in salt and leave to one side
Pour the tequila, triple sec and lime juice into your
VonShef Cocktail Shaker
Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously to
combine
Strain the mix into your martini glass and garnish
with the sliced limes

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp caster sugar
Handful of raspberries
50ml light rum
25ml lime juice
Handful of ice cubes
Mint leaves to garnish

Add most of the raspberries and the sugar to your
VonShef Cocktail Shaker
Use your muddler to muddle down both
ingredients into a paste
Add the rest of the ingredients and the ice
Shake vigorously for a few seconds until well
combined
Strain the mix into your glass and garnish with the
remaining raspberries and mint leaves

INGREDIENTS
1 lime, quartered
Handful of ice cubes
50ml gin
1 tbsp sugar
4 – 6 cucumber slices
125ml tonic water
Handful of mint
leaves and a few extra
to garnish
Add the handful of mint leaves and half of
the lime to your VonShef Cocktail Shaker.
Using your muddler, crush the mint and
limes
Once crushed, add most of the ice, gin and
sugar. Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously
for a few seconds to combine
Add the cucumber slices to the shaker and
shake again
Add the rest of the ice to your glass, pour
the mix on top and add the tonic water
Stir with your twisted bar spoon and leave
to infuse for a few minutes
Slice the remaining lime into smaller
segments and use to garnish with the rest
of the mint leaves

Mix it up with flavoured

raspberry or pineapple
Add the grapefruit juice, vodka and one ice cube
to your VonShef Cocktail Shaker. Shake vigorously
for a few seconds
Add the rest of the ice into your glass and pour
the grapefruit infusion on top
Carefully add the grenadine, trying to aim for the
middle of the drink
Garnish with the orange slice

INGREDIENTS
75ml gin

Pour the gin, dry vermouth and
olive brine into your VonShef
Cocktail Shaker and add a
handful of ice
Shake vigorously until well
combined
Rub the rim of your martini
glass with the wedge of lemon
Strain the mix into your glass
and garnish with olives

25ml peach schnapps
100ml champagne
1 tbsp lemon juice
Handful of ice cubes
1 peach, sliced and
mint leaves to garnish
METHOD
Add all the ingredients, bar the
peach slices and mint leaves, into
your VonShef Cocktail Shaker
Shake well to combine and pour
directly into your glass
Mix in the peach slices using your
twisted bar spoon
Garnish with more peach slices
and fresh mint leaves

INGREDIENTS
1 lemon, halved
25ml tequila
1 tbsp lemon syrup
Handful of ice cubes
25ml tonic water
Mint leaves to garnish
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into your
VonShef Cocktail Shaker. Add the tequila,
lemon syrup and ice cubes. Shake vigorously
until well combined
Pour the mix into your glass and top with
tonic water
Slice the remainder of the lemon and mix
into the cocktail with your twisted bar spoon

Shaker and fill with a handful of ice
Shake vigorously until well combined
Add a handful of ice to your glass and strain the
cocktail mix on top
Garnish with slices of blood orange

INGREDIENTS
Half a lime, cut in half
Handful of ice cubes
75ml cranberry juice
75ml grapefruit juice
75ml peach nectar
25ml grenadine
Half a lemon, sliced
and some blueberries
to garnish
Add the lime pieces to your VonShef Cocktail
Shaker. Using your muddler, crush the limes until
all of their juices are released
Add half of the ice cubes, cranberry juice,
grapefruit juice and peach nectar to your cocktail
shaker. Shake vigorously until well combined
Add the grenadine to your glass, followed by the
rest of the ice
Pour the mix on top and garnish with lemon slices
and blueberries
