Save file from the Whiteboard app to your Google or Microsoft cloud storage -

3. The file menu will open defaulted to the downloads folder. Tap the three bars at the top left corner of
the screen view to see your cloud storage location.
4. Tap on your cloud storage account.
5. Tap the file’s name. Use the on-screen keyboard to rename the file.
6. Tap SAVE.
Export PDF from Whiteboard app to your Google or Microsoft cloud storage
1. Tap at the top of the toolbar when you are ready to export PDF (.pdf).
2. Tap either Export PDF screenshot or Export PDF canvas.
Note: Export PDF screenshot will export only what is displayed on the screen, not the entire
whiteboard canvas.
3. Tap SAVE TO DEVICE in the pop-up window at the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap on your cloud storage account in the lower left.
5. Tap the file’s name. Use the on-screen keyboard to rename the file.
6. Tap SAVE.
Open .pwb or other files from cloud storage
1. Open the Unified Menu and tap .
2. Tap .
3. Navigate to the desired file and tap to open. Your file will open in the associated application.
Add additional cloud storage accounts
1. Open the Unified Menu and tap .
2. Tap .
3. Tap ADD ACCOUNT.
4. Enter your Google or Microsoft email address and password to sign into your cloud storage account.
5. Tap NEXT to sign in.
