What can I charge with Sherpa 15?
Sherpa 15 is designed to give one full recharge on most
phones and includes certified cables for most devices. You
can even recharge two devices at once, utilizing both built-in
cables at the same time.
How do I charge my gear?
Plug in and turn it on. Simply select the cable that works
with your device, plug in, and push the Battery Indicator to
power up. Sherpa 15 senses when the device is full and will
automatically shut off.
How long will Sherpa 15 take to charge a phone?
It really depends on your device. On average you’re looking
at 2 hours or so for a full recharge on a phone. The beauty of
Sherpa 15 is it’s so lightweight and thin it can go anywhere
while recharging on the go.
Can I charge Sherpa 15 and a phone at the same time?
No. Due to certifications required to make Sherpa 15
approved for recharging certain devices, it does not allow for
pass-through power.
How long will a charged Sherpa 15 last?
At least 3 months just sitting around. That being said, the
best thing to do to keep any battery healthy is to use it.
Sherpa 15 is meant to go with you everywhere, be that friend
you can always count on to help you out of a situation. If
you plan on storing Sherpa 15 for long periods of time, we
recommend charging it every 3-6 months.
