Beforeconnectingyourdishwashertothepowersupply,checkthatthevoltage
statedontheratinglabelofyourappliancecorrespondstothevoltageinyourhome.
Theappliancemustbegrounded.Themanufacturerisnotresponsiblefordamages
thatmayoccurasaresultofusagewithoutgroun ding.

Yourdishwashercanbeinstalledinvariouslocationsinyourkitchenaslongasthereis
spaceandaccessibilitytoconnectyourdishwashertothewater/drainageandelectrical
supply.
Donotconnectanextensionleadtotheappliancetoavoidpotentialsafetyhazards.
ConnectingtotheMainsWaterSupply
Inlethose(Coldwatersupply)
Thewaterinlethosefromthemachineterminatesina3/4"female
connector.Thewatersupplyshouldthereforeterminateinasimilar
maleconnectorandshouldhaveastopcockclosebyinthepipe.
Connectthestraightconnectoroftheinlethosetothewatersupply
securelyensuringthatthewashersaresecurelyinplaceatboth
endsofthehose.

Forbestoperatingresults,incomingwaterpressureshouldbebetween0.04MPaand
1MPa.Incomingwatersupplyforthedishwasher
iscontrolledbyapressureswitch’,soif
thehouseholdwaterpressureislow,dishwasherfilltimewillincreaseormaynotoperate.
WARNING:Pleaseclosethehydrantafterusing.
Connectingtothewateroutlet
Insertthedrainhoseintoadrainagepipeorstandpipe.
Theendofthehose
shou ldbedroppedintoadrainagepipe,themaximumheightofwhich
shouldbe1000mmabovethebaseofthedishwasher.Theendofthehosemustnotbe
immersedinwatertoavoidthebackflowofit.
Toallowforanairgaparoundtheendofthe
drainhose,thediameterofthestandpipe
shouldbeatleast40mm.
Ifleaksaredetected,immediatelyshutthewatersupplyandcheckthehoseconnections
fully.Retightentheconnectionsifnecessary.
Ifforanyreasonyouareunabletostop theleakyourselfpleaseseekadvicefroma
qualifiedplumber.
Levelling
Placethedishwasheronaneven,stablesurface.
Itisveryimportantthatthedishwasherisperfectlylevelledinordertoavoidthe
dishwashertomalfunction.Youcanlevelthedishwasherbyadjustingthebasefeet.
OPERATION
Yourdishwashercleansbysprayingamixtureofcleanwateranddetergent(under
pressure)againstthesoiledsurfaceofdishes.Thewaterispumpedthrougharotating
sprayarm,drainedthroughafilterremovingfoodandsoiledparticlesandpumpedback
throughthesprayarm.
Soiledwaterispumpedoutand
replacedwithcleanwaterattheendofeachcycle(the
numberoftimesdependsonthecyclebeingused).

NOTE:
Hardwaterconditionswilladverselyaffectwashabilityperformanceofyourdishwasher.
Hardwaterconditionswillalsocontributeto“Lime”(whitefilmsubstance)depositsand/or
“Scalingonthestainless
steelsurfaceofthedish washertubandheaterelementlocated
inthesumpunderneaththeremovablefilterscreen.
Tominimisetheseconditions,itisrecommendedtoperiodicallyoperate/rinsetheinsideof
thedishwasher(empty)using1cupofwhitevinegar(atleastonceaweek).
GeneralWarningsandRecommendations
Beforeusingthedishwasherforthefirsttime,itisadvisabletoreadthefollowing
recommendationsconcerningdishtypestobewashedandtheirloading.

Beforeloadingthedishesintothebasketsitisnecessa ryto:
Removecoarsefoodremains,e.g. bones,whichmayclogthefilterordamagethewash
pump.
Soakanypotsorpanswithburntonfoodremainsonthebottomthenloadtheminto
thebasket.
Thereis
noneedtoprewashthedishesunderrunningwaterbeforeloadingthemintothe
basket.
WARNINGS:
Makesurethatthedishesaresecurelyinplacesothattheycannottipoverorobstruct
therotationofthesprayarmsduringthewashingcycle.
Containerssuchascups,
bowls,glassesandpotsshouldalwaysbeloadedwiththe
openingfacingdownwardsandwithanycavitiesatanangle,toallowthewatertodrain
out.
Donotstackdishes.
Donotplaceglassestooclosetogetherbecausetheymayknockagainsteachotherand
break.
Load
largeitemswhicharemostdifficulttocleanintothelowerbasket.
Makesurethattheitemsbeingwashedaredishwashersafe.

Thehardnessofthewatervariesfromplacetoplace.Ifhardwaterisusedinthe
dishwasher,depositswillbeformedontheutensils.Thisapplianceisequippedwitha
watersoftenerwhichusesasaltspecificallydesignedtoeliminatethemineralsfromthe
water.
CAUTION:
Onlyuse
saltspeciallyformulatedfordomesticdishwashers.
Donotusetablesaltasitcontainsinsolublesubstanceswhichmaydamagethewater
softeningsystem.
Fillthesaltcontainerbeforestartingthewashingprogramme.Inthisway,theexcess
salinesolution willbeimmediatelyremovedbythewater;theprolonged
presenceofsalt
waterinsidethetankmayleadtocorrosion.
Ifyouplantousedishwashertabletsforyourwas hingneeds,thenyoudonotrequireto
usesaltorrinseagentbutpleasenotethattherefillsaltindicatorlight
will
remainilluminatedonthecontrolpanel.Thisisquitenormalandwillnotaffectthe
operationofyourdishwasher.
Adjustingthesaltconsumption
1. Afterthedishwasherisswitchedon,enterthestatusofadjustingthesaltconsumption
byholdingdown
untiltheindicatorlight illuminates.
2. Whiletheindicatorlight
illuminates,repeatedlypress toadjustthesetting
tosuitthewaterhardness.
Thecorrespondingwashingprogrammeindicatorlight(s)willilluminate.
3. Thesettingwillbevalidatedautomaticallyafterafewsecondsifyoudonotpress
again.

Placethesuppliedfunnelsotheendfitsintotheopeningofthesaltcontainer.Load

illuminates.Dependingonhowfullythesaltdissolves,therefillsaltindicatorlight

UsingtheRinseAidandDetergentDispensers
Therinseaidhelpsthedishesdryfasterandpreventsthe
formationofscaledepositsandstaining.Itisautomatically
addedtothewaterduringthefinalrinsecycle.

innerpartofthedoor:thedetergentdispenserisonthe
