Porsche offers an optional 3.5mm jack for the CDR30

Although not critical, we recommend disconnecting the car
battery.
1. Remove CDR30/31 radio from dashboard to gain access to
the connectors. (Radio removal not covered in these
instructions)
2. With radio removed disconnect factory Quadlock plug
(harness) from Radio (See Fig. 1

Note: To switch from CD to AUX press the “AUX” Soft key.
4. Select a track from devices music library and it will play on
the car speakers.

radio. You must use the iPod built-in controls to access music files.
5. Use the radio volume control to set playback level
6. If successful operation is confirmed go ahead and reinstall

Alert! Apple authentic Lighting cable is required for proper
operation. Knock –off Lightning cables will charge but may not
play music.
