Should I Brew In The Refrigerator Or At Room Temperature?
You’ll get a much better extraction and the best coee flavor by brewing at room temperature. There’s no need to
brew in the refrigerator and will only slow down the extraction process and produce less flavorful coee.
Brew Cycle
Many people find it convenient to start a brew cycle the night before or the morning of their last serving,
depending on desired brew cycle time. Once brewed, coee extract can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks. After
brewing, you can enjoy delicious coee that’s fast and convenient. If you like your coee stronger, brew it longer!
If you prefer your coee really bold, brew for up to 72 hours. We recommend 18-24 hours for optimal flavor.
What’s your brew number? See our website for more information, www.BodyBrew.com.
Second Brew Cycle, RE-BREW:
The BOD® Cold Brew Coee System was optimized for re-brewing coee grounds. In fact, many people who
try re-brewing make it a habit. Whether it’s increasing your coee yield or saving you money, it all makes perfect
sense. RE-BREW is stronger but not as concentrated as the first brew cycle if you like it very strong can either be
consumed straight, or diluted. See RE-BREW for more information.
Coee Extract
The BOD® Cold Brew Coee System produces a convenient and delicious coee extract for making hot or iced
coee on demand. It’s so smooth and rich you may even love it black or find yourself using less cream and sugar.
Serving Size Information
For an average 8 oz. cup of coee, add 2-3 oz. of coee extract to 6 oz. of hot water. This is an average and can
be made stronger or milder according to your personal preference.
Mid Brew Flip
Turning the BOD® upside down midway through the brew cycle agitates the coee grounds which we have found
makes a richer and bolder coee. Just flip the BOD® over for a few seconds and then flip it back to the brew
cycle position to experience coee with a taste profile that some people rave about.
