Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance.

You have clearly decided in favour of a quality product. These operating instruc-

tions are a part of this product. They contain important information in regard to

safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, familiarise yourself with all of

these operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as described and

only for the speciﬁed areas of application. Retain these instructions for future

reference. In addition, pass these documents on, together with the product, to

any future owner.

of the manufacturer.

Intended use

This appliance is intended for massaging the neck and shoulders of adults.

This appliance is intended solely for personal use in the domestic sector, it is not

to be used for medical or commercial applications and may not substitute for

medical treatment. The appliance is designed for use in dry indoor rooms. It is

not intended for use in the medical/therapeutic or commercial ﬁelds.

1) Remove all parts of the appliance and the operating instructions from the

carton.

2) Remove all packaging material.

3) Clean all parts of the appliance as described in the section “Cleaning”.

NOTICE

► Check the contents to ensure that everything is present and for signs of

visible damage.

► If the delivery is not complete or something is damaged due to defective

packaging or through transportation contact the Service Hotline (see

chapter Service).

Disposal of the packaging

The packaging protects the appliance from transport damage. The packaging

materials are selected from the point of view of their environmental friendliness

and disposal technology and are therefore recyclable.

The recirculation of packaging into the material circuit saves on raw material and

reduces the amount of waste generated. Dispose of packaging material that is

no longer needed as per the regionally established regulations.

NOTICE

► If possible, preserve the appliance's original packaging during the warranty

period so that, in the event of a warranty claim, you can package the appli-

ance appropriately for its return.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK

► Connect the appliance only to correctly installed and earthed

mains power sockets. Ensure that the rating of the local power

supply tallies completely with the details given on the rating plate

of the appliance.

► Ensure that the power cable cannot become wet or damp while

the appliance is in operation. Place it such that it cannot be crushed

or damaged.

► Keep the power cable away from hot surfaces.

► Do not perform any repairs on the appliance. All repairs must be

performed by our Customer Services or by qualiﬁed personnel.

► Always remove the plug from the mains power socket before you

clean the appliance.

► Do not use the appliance in damp areas, such as in the bathroom.

► To avoid risks, arrange for defective plugs and/or cables to be

replaced at once by qualiﬁed technicians or our Customer Service

Department.

► Do not insert needles or other sharp objects into the appliance.

► Do not use an external timing switch or a separate remote control

system to operate the appliance.

► This appliance may be used by children aged 8 over and by

persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or

lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are under

supervision or have been told how to use of the appliance safely

and are aware of the potential risks. Children must not play with

the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance tasks must not be

carried out by children unless they are supervised.

mals with the appliance.

► NEVER use the appliance if you have injuries or pain in the neck

or cervical spine.

► Stop treatment with the appliance IMMEDIATELY if you feel it to

be uncomfortable or painful.

► During use the appliance has a hot surface. Individuals who are

insensitive to heat must take care when using the appliance.

► Do not use the appliance on swollen, burnt, inﬂamed, diseased

or injured regions of the skin and body areas. If in doubt, obtain

medical advice before using the appliance.

► Ensure that your ﬁngers or other body parts do not come between

the rotating massage heads. Risk of crush injuries!

► The appliance may not be used in the face (e.g. eyes), on the

throat, feet or other sensitive body parts.

► During use do not cover the appliance (with a pillow, blanket, etc.).

NEVER use the appliance in the vicinity of petrol or other inﬂam-

mable materials.

► Operate the appliance only with the supplied power adapter.

What is Shiatsu massage?

Shiatsu (shi = ﬁnger, atsu = pressure) is a form of massage developed in Japan,

which itself emerged from traditional Chinese medicine. Shiatsu massage consists

of a relaxing and powerful massage with ﬁngers, thumbs or palms. This massager

mimics the movements of shiatsu massage with the help of rotating massage

heads .

Operation

Connection

1) Connect the connection plug  on the mains adapter  with the socket 

on the appliance.

2) Connect the mains adapter  into a mains power socket.

Fitting

1) Place the appliance around your neck so that the massage heads  lie on

the sides of the neck. You can use the hand loops  to align it.

In use

Preferably, lie back for the massage and relax. Provide for a relaxing atmosphere.

For example, dim the lights a little.

NOTICE

► Ensure that you experience the massage as comfortable and relaxing.

If needs be, vary the pressure and/or your position. Stop the massage

immediately if it is painful or uncomfortable.

INFORMATION

► Never use the appliance for more than 15 minutes. A longer massage

may lead to tension caused by overstimulation of the muscles.

You can select between 2 functions:

– Shiatsu massage with the massage heads  (fast and slow)

– Warmth (2 of the massage heads  illuminate and warm up)

You can combine various massage functions with each other or use them indi-

vidually:

■ Press the “On / Oﬀ” button . The massage heads  begin with the

slow massage.

■ Press the button “Massage”  to increase the massage speed. Press

the button “Massage”

 once again to stop the massage heads .

■ Press the “Warmth” button , to switch the warmth on. The “Warmth”

button

 and the massage heads  light up. Press the “Warmth” but-

ton

 again to switch the warmth function oﬀ. The light on the massage

heads  as well as the button “Warmth” button

 goes out.

NOTICE

► The appliance switches oﬀ automatically after 15 minutes.

■ If you want to terminate the massage before the end of 15 minutes and wish

to switch the appliance oﬀ, press the “On/Oﬀ” button

.

After the massage

1) Disconnect the connection plug  from the socket .

2) Remove the appliance.

3) Disconnect the mains adapter  from the mains power socket.

Cleaning

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK

► Before you clean the appliance, always disconnect the mains adapter 

from the mains power socket.

► UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you immerse the appliance in

water or other liquids during cleaning!

WARNING - PROPERTY DAMAGE!

► Do not use any aggressive cleaning liquids or solvents. They could damage

the surface.

NOTICE

► The zipper on the appliance must not be opened, because it is ﬁtted only

for production-technical reasons.

1) Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth. If necessary, add a little mild detergent

onto the cloth.

2) Wipe the mains adapter  oﬀ with a damp cloth.

3) Let all parts dry thoroughly before re-use.

Storage

■ Clean the appliance as described in the chapter “Cleaning”.

■ Store the appliance at a clean and dry location.

Disposal of the appliance

munity waste facility. Pay heed to the currently applicable regulations. In case

of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.

Disposal of the mains adapter

Do not dispose of the mains adapter with the normal household

waste. This product is subject to the provisions of European Direc-

tive 2012/19/EU.

Dispose of the mains adapter at an approved disposal centre or your community

waste facility. Please observe applicable regulations. Please contact your waste

disposal facility if you are in any doubt.

You receive a 3-year warranty for this appliance as of the purchase date. This appli-

ance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before delivery.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim,

please make contact by telephone with our Service department. Only in this way

can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.

NOTICE

► The warranty is valid only for material or manufacturing faults, not for trans-

This product is for domestic use only and is not intended for commercial use.

The warranty becomes void in the event of abusive and improper handling, use

történő továbbadásakor adja a termékhez valamennyi leírást is.

1) Vegye le ki a csomagolásból a készülék valamennyi részét és a használati

utasítást!

2) Távolítsa el az összes csomagolóanyagot!

3) A készülék valamennyi részét a "Tisztítás" részben leírtak szerint tisztítsa meg.

TUDNIVALÓ

► Ellenőrizze a csomag tartalmát, hogy hiánytalan-e és nincs-e rajta látható

sérülés.

► Forduljon az ügyfélszolgálati forródrótunkhoz (lásd a Szerviz részben)

A csomagolás ártalmatlanítása

A csomagolás védi a készüléket a szállítás közben előfordulható károktól. A cso-

magolóanyagok környezetbarát módon és a hulladékszétválasztás szempontja

szerint kerültek kiválasztásra, ezért újrahasznosíthatóak.

Nyersanyagot takarít meg és csökkenti a hulladékmennyiséget, ha a csomagolást

visszajuttatjuk az anyagkörforgásba. A kiselejtezett csomagolóanyagokat a helyi

érvényes előírásoknak megfelelően helyezze el a hulladékban.

TUDNIVALÓ

► Amennyiben lehetséges, őrizze meg az eredeti csomagolást a garancia

ideje alatt, hogy garancia esetén rendesen vissza lehessen csomagolni

ÁRAMÜTÉS VESZÉLYE

► A készüléket csak előírásszerűen beszerelt és földelt konnektorba

csatlakoztassa. A hálózati feszültségnek meg kell egyeznie a

készülék/hálózati adapter típustábláján megadott feszültséggel.

► Figyeljen arra, hogy használat közben a hálózati kábel ne legyen

vizes vagy nedves. Úgy helyezze el a kábelt, hogy az ne szorul-

jon be vagy más módon se sérülhessen meg.

► Tartsa távol a hálózati vezetéket a forró felületektől.

► Ne végezzen javítást a készüléken. Javításokat csak az ügyfél-

szolgálat vagy hozzáértő szakember végezhet.

► Mielőtt tisztítani akarja a készüléket, mindig húzza ki a dugót a

dugaszoló aljzatból.

► Ne használja a készüléket nedves helyiségekben, pl. fürdőszobában.

► A veszélyek elkerülése érdekében a sérült hálózati csatlakozót

vagy hálózati adaptert azonnal cseréltesse ki engedélyeztetett

szakemberrel vagy az ügyfélszolgálattal.

► Ne dugjon tűt vagy más hegyes tárgyat a készülékbe.

golyája.

► Azonnal szakítsa meg a készülékkel való kezelést, ha kellemetlen

érzést vagy fájdalmat okoz.

► A készülék felülete üzemelés közben felforrósodik. Hőre érzékeny

személyek óvatosan használják a készüléket.

► Ne használja a készüléket duzzadt, megégett, megbetegedett vagy

sérült bőr- és testtájon. Ha bizonytalan, kérje ki orvosa tanácsát.

► Ügyeljen arra, hogy ne érjen az ujjával vagy más testrészével a

köröző masszírozó fejek közé. Beszorulás veszélye!

► A készüléket nem szabad az arcon (pl. szemen), ádámcsutkán,

lábon vagy más érzékeny testrészen használni.

► Használat közben ne takarja le a készüléket (párna, takaró, stb.).

Ne használja a készüléket benzin vagy más könnyen gyúlékony

anyag közelében.

FIGYELEM - ANYAGI KÁR!

A készüléket csak belső helyiségekben használja.

► Csak a mellékelt hálózati adapterrel üzemeltesse a készüléket.

Mi az a Shiatsu masszázs?

A Shiatsu massázs (shi = ujj, atsu = nyomás) egy japán masszázsforma, mely

a hagyományos kínai orvoslásból ered. A Shiatsu masszázs ujjal, hüvelykujjal

vagy tenyérrel történő lazító és nyomásos masszázst tartalmaz. Ez a masszírozó

készülék köröző masszírozó fejei  segítségével utánozza a Shiatsu masszázst.

Működtetés

Csatlakoztatás

1) Dugja az adapteren  lévő csatlakozót  a készüléken lévő aljzatba .

2) Dugja be a hálózati adaptert  egy dugaszoló aljzatba.

Tarkóra helyezés

1) Helyezze a készüléket a nyaka köré, hogy a masszírozó fejek  a nyakcsi-

golya oldalán legyenek. A beállításhoz használhatja a csuklópántokat .

Használat

Feküdjön le és lazuljon el. Gondoskodjon ellazult légkörről. Például vegyen

vissza egy kicsit a lámpa fényerejéből.

TUDNIVALÓ

► Ügyeljen arra, hogy a masszázst kellemesnek és lazítónak érezze.

Változtassa meg a nyomást és / vagy helyzetét. Azonnal szakítsa meg a

masszírozást, ha fájdalmat érez, vagy kellemetlen.

JAVASLAT

► Ne használja a készüléket 15 percnél hosszabb ideig. A hosszabb ideig

történő masszírozás az izom túlingerlése folytán izommerevedést okozhat.

2 funkció közül választhat:

– Shiatsu masszázs masszírozó fejekkel  (gyors és lassú)

– meleg (2 a masszírozó fejek  világítanak és felmelegszenek)
