If you want to use it on other cars, you can come to us with the
email you logged in before. We will give you the QR Code that
matchs your device. You just need to unpair your vehicle first and
then re-scan the QR Code we send you.
28. Login Failure: Device has been bound to other users?
-Please check if the email you entered is identical with the email
you logged in before.
The login system recognizes email addresses as case-sensitive,
which means that the capitalization of letters in your email address
matters when logging in to your account. For example, if you
previously used "john@example.com" to log in, using
"John@example.com" will be considered a different user.
-If the email is identical and it still shows "bound to other users",
please kindly send us the S/N of your device and your email you
logged in so we can offer you tech support.
29.Can I install it on tablets?
--It can be installed on tablets as well.
But the UI may not be matched properly if you use it on tablet because the APP is designed to be
used on phones.
And please be informed that it cannot be installed on other diagnostic tablets.
