Upper resistance: food receives heat from above. It
can be used to heat up pre-cooked food, or to unfreeze
bread, pizzas or pasta in general.
Lower resistance
Traditional cooking: Upper resistance + Lower resis-
tance. Ideal for roast meat or fish, biscuits, baked apples
etc. Food becomes crispy on the outside, and juicy inside.
Grill Standard: The 850w grill provides a soft central
heat to brown or cook dishes au gratin of small dimensions,
or grill thinly sliced vegetables or meat.
Ventilated Total Grill: Total grill + Ventilator.
It substitutes the revolving spit and guarantees excellent
results with poultry, sausages and red meat; with the heat,
thanks to the ventilator, it makes it unnecessary to turn the
food over.
Ventilated Traditional Cooking: Upper
resistance + Base resistance + Ventilator. Special
Confectionery. Food receives heat from below and from
above but this is shared out homogenously propelled by the
ventilator. Different types of food can be cooked at different
levels without the smells or tastes being mixed.
