ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

CAUTION - Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum

wattage - do not exceed the maximum wattage.

WARNING - Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle

CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

1. Attach the wall box to the wall by using two

mounting screws(A).

2. Secure the hidden line tube to wall box with two

mounting screws(B).

3. Connect tube (G) to (F) to the light body ,then

carefully pull out excess wire from tube (G) while

assembling to prevent the cord from becoming

twisted and snagged.

4. Nailed (H) to the wall and secure (I) with two

mounting screws (J).

5. Connect the lamp shade (C) to the lamp holder

and secure with the socket ring(D) .(Socket Ring

located on socket)

6. Install bulb (E) not include.
