One. Products Brief

This walk-behind roller mining CF178F diesel-powered, high performance, quality assurance, use

centrifugal clutch CVT. Hydraulic two-way travel, use chain walking, torque, more stable. Exciting force is

directly controlled by the throttle, easy operation, mobile and flexible.

Machine features: small size, compact structure, foldable operating handle to operator with a comfortable

operating environment, it can be folded for easy transport and collection. With supporting large rollers use.

Widely used in large auxiliary roller (subgrade, base surface, asphalt surface) sidewalk, covers periphery, curbs,

small-scale pavement engineering, road pavement landfill compactor after patching potholes, highway repair,

backfill compaction, a small parking lot, stadium compaction. Roads, municipal roads department, ideal for the

Three、Precautions

1、before each launch start, do check before operation, to avoid personal injury and equipment damage.

2、TO prevent fires, ensure good ventilation, Operator put Engine from buildings and other equipment at least 1

meter distance. Do not put combustibles at side of engine.

3、children and pets must stay away from operating area ,to prevent burns by gasoline engine parts or hurt by

operating equipment .

4、Learn how to shut down operation of device and all control components quickley, never allow untrained

personnel to operate equipment.

5、Do not put combustible materials (such as gasoline, lighters and other equipment) are placed next to moving

equipment. To add fuel in a well ventilated place, stop running before refueling engine, gasoline is highly

flammable and would explode under certain conditions.

6、Do not overfill fuel tank, fuel filler neck should not have fuel. If fuel overflows, etc. shall be removed and

waiting for evaporate before starting engine.

7、where engine or fuel to increase fuel storage. No smoking or open flames.

8、Engine exhaust including carbon monoxide, avoid inhalation, and never operate machine in a closed,

unventilated poorly ventilated areas.

Four. Device Control

1、Fuel value

Fuel valve is for controlling passage between fuel tank and carburetor when engine is running, fuel valve

must be pulled to ON position. When engine is not used, pull fuel valve to OFF position. Prevent oil outflow in

carburetor, reducing possibility of leakage of gasoline.

2、Engine ON/OFF

Engine switch controls ignition system, put engine switch to open position, start engine, put engine switch to

OFF position, shut down engine.

3、Choke lever

Choke rod control carburetor lever. When choke lever is located OFF position, improve concentration of

gasoline to cold start engine. After engine is started, choke lever located at open position, to provide suitable fuel

for its operation, but also for starting engine heat engine provides right fuel.

4、Throttle lever

Throttle lever controls engine speed, put throttle lever in desired engine speed position.

Five.Run

(One) Checking before running

1、Check engine, hydraulic tank and look and bottom of tubing ,to see if oil spill.

2、Wipe off excess dirt and other obstacles, especially around muffler and recoil starter

3、Check appearance , if all nuts, bolts and screws are strong, whether drive belt and chain is too loose ?.

4、Check engine and hydraulic oil tank level, low fuel runs may result engine damage, unsteady gait, periodic

replacement of engine oil and hydraulic oil, to avoid damage due to an accident, check the oil level before

starting.

5、Check air filter, dirty air filter will reduce amount of air into carburetor, reducing engine power.

6、Check V-belt, if chain is normal

（Two）Roller start operation

1、Put Engine fuel valve plate to open position, put hydraulic reversing handle into forward or reverse position.

During Engine is heating, pull choke lever to on position.

2、Engine switch is turned to ON position

3、Gently pull recoil handle until resistance is felt, then quickly pulled, slowly back into handle.

4、After starting engine, if choke lever in OFF position, slowly move it to open position, let engine warm, Starting

work after idling five minutes .

5、In warm-up operation launched, push front roller valve forward, move rear roller valve backward walking.

6、Pull back throttle lever, roller compaction operations.

（Three）Shut down road roller

1、If Emergency, simply pull handle to stop position.

2、Under normal circumstances, Pull handle to stop position, push throttle lever forward, engine idle speed, then

engine switch to OFF position.
