Pressing a Button
To trigger the alarm, set Light/Motion
Alarm to the middle or Light position.
Hold down the button near the hand
strap. Release the button to silence
the alarm.
Pulling Off the Hand Strap
Set Light/Motion Alarm to the middle
or Light position. Secure your alarm
and attach the hand strap to your
wrist. If the hand strap comes off, the
alarm sounds until you reinsert the
hand strap into its slot. (Inserting the
hand strap with the rib facing down
makes it easier to pull off the strap
and trigger the alarm.)
USING THE
FLASHLIGHT
Slide Light/Motion Alarm to Light.
The light turns on.
When the bulb burns out, slide and lift
the transparent cover. Turn the bulb
counterclockwise to remove it. Use
Cat. No. 272-1124 as the replace-
ment bulb. Screw in the new bulb and
replace the transparent cover.

These suggestions will help you care for
the alarm.

wipe it dry immediately.
• Handle it gently and carefully.
• Use and store the alarm only in normal
temperature environments.
• Keep it away from dust and dirt,.
• Wipe the alarm with a damp cloth
occasionally. Do not use harsh chemi-
cals, cleaning solvents, or strong
detergents on it
