Unpack all parts from the box and remove any clear or blue
protective lm on the components. Wash with warm soapy water
before rst use (only select accessories are dishwasher safe).
After the cooking cycle has ended, the Red Heat Light will disappear along with all other
icons on the Digital Control Panel. The Blue Fan Icon will continue to blink while the Unit
cools down. After 25–30 secs., the Unit will power OFF automatically.

Remove Outer Basket.
Pull Easy-Grip Handle
straight out.
Do not press the Basket
Release Button
on the Fry Basket
or it will separate
from the Outer Basket.
Load Fry Basket.
Arrange the food
you are cooking
inside the Fry Basket.
Return Outer
Basket to Unit.
Push the Outer Basket
straight into the Unit.
Do not press the Basket
Release Button
on the Fry Basket
or it will separate
from the Outer Basket.
